哈爾濱醫科大學留學生招生簡章一、 招生對象 凡具備高中畢業以上學歷，成績良好，18歲以上，40歲以下，身體健康，具有較強的英語語言能力，同時必須承諾在華學習期間能夠遵守我國的憲法、法律和所在學校的校紀校規者，均可根據本人志愿申請參加學習。二、 招生專業 臨床醫學本科（英語教學，六年制，MBBS）臨床醫學本科（漢語教學，五年制）口腔醫學本科（漢語教學，五年制）碩士研究生博士研究生三、 申請入學材料及流程 1、申請材料報名時提交以下材料，面交或函寄留學生辦公室：1）哈爾濱醫科大學外國留學生入學申請表，可從網上下載打印使用，網址/summit/ApplicationForm.doc，請按要求認真填寫，并貼上照片。2）最后學歷證書和成績單復印件公證件3）護照復印件（有效期內的普通護照）4）證件照3張（同護照照片尺寸，申請表上貼一張）5）詳細簡歷6）擔保書（下載擔保書）7）在華事務擔保人身份證的復印件(在華事務擔保人應為中國國籍，常住中國境內)8）經濟狀況證明 不少于400,000人民幣存款證明9）報名費：申請者繳納報名費后，學校受理入學申請。報名費不退還、不轉變用途、不變更他人。 不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。2、申請流程1） 申請者可直接從哈爾濱醫科大學國際交流處網站上下載或與哈爾濱醫科大學國際交流處聯系，索取哈爾濱醫科大學外國留學生入學申請表2）留學生辦公室收到上述申請材料后進行審核，審核通過后將Admission Letter掃描件發給申請人。申請人收到后將800元人民幣報名費匯到學校賬戶。學校確認后為申請人辦理外國留學人員來華簽證申請表（簡稱JW202表）、哈爾濱醫科大學入學通知書。并將JW202表，哈爾濱醫科大學入學通知書和費用說明郵寄給留學生本人。3）申請人憑收到的JW202表、哈爾濱醫科大學入學通知書、本人護照及其它相應材料，赴中國駐本國的使（領）館申請X簽證。聯系方式： 電 話： 0086-451-86669485 傳 真： 0086-451-86669485 網 址： /電子郵件： 地 址：中國 黑龍江省 哈爾濱市南崗區保健路157號郵政編碼： 150081注： 體檢要求： 按外國人體格檢查記錄上所列項目進行健康檢查，其中必須含有胸部 X射線檢查、艾滋病、梅毒血清凝反應、乙肝、肝功等項的檢查結果，并附有原始檢查結果，包括X射線檢查的照片。四、 報到流程： 1、開學時間：每年3月份。 2、報到上交材料 ： 入學通知書、JW202表、經中國使(領)館認證的身體健康證明書、護照、近期二寸免冠照片3張。3、辦理手續 ：凡被我校錄取的外國留學生須在規定時間內，持相應材料到哈爾濱醫科大學國際交流處辦理入學手續。 4、交納學費、宿費、學雜費等費用。5、報名截止日期：每年12月31日五、 收費標準 1、學費標準類 別費 用（人民幣/年）臨床醫學本科（英語教學，六年制）28000臨床醫學本科（漢語教學，五年制）45000口腔醫學本科（漢語教學，五年制）45000碩士研究生30000博士研究生40000、宿舍條件及費用收費標準：除臨床醫學本科（英語教學，六年制，MBBS）住宿費包含在每年的學費中，其他招生專業留學生住宿費標準根據實際情況制定。住宿條件：2人間，公共衛生間、公共浴室。3、其他費用l 居留許可費l 體檢費l 生活費l 書費l 保險費以上費用自理4、報名費：800元人民幣哈爾濱坐落在風光旖旎、景色宜人的松花江畔，四季分明，冬暖夏涼，素有“東方小巴黎”之稱。 公路、鐵路、航空交通便利。哈爾濱醫科大學有五個附屬醫院和一個分校，環境優雅，校園體育活動設施齊備，籃球館、排球館、乒乓球館、游泳館、網球場等一應俱全。留學生公寓里設有公共洗衣房、商品部等，是學習、生活、交流的理想場所。ADMISSION POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. Contact the International Office of HMU or download from the web site of International Office of HMU to get the Application Form for Foreign Students Wishing to Study in HMU. 2. After receiving the materials (mentioned above), we will assess the applicant qualification. Then we will send the scanning copy of to the applicant who gets the qualification.
