I.SubjectMatteroftheAgreement

PartyAagreestoprovidebanquetservicesforPartyBatthefollowingvenue:[Venuenameandaddress].Thebanquetservicesshallincludebutnotbelimitedtothefollowing:

1.VenueSetupandDecoration

PartyAshallberesponsibleforarrangingthelayoutofthebanquethall,includingtheplacementoftables,chairs,stage,audiovisualequipment,andothernecessarydecorationsaccordingtotheagreeduponthemeandstyle.ThedecorationshallbeinlinewiththeaestheticrequirementsprovidedbyPartyBandshallcreateasuitableatmosphereforthebanquet.

PartyAshallensurethatalldecorationsaresafeandplywithrelevantfireandsafetyregulations.

2.FoodandBeverageServices

PartyAshallprovideapredeterminedmenuoffoodandbeveragesforthebanquet.Themenushallincludeappetizers,maincourses,desserts,andaselectionofalcoholicandnonalcoholicbeverages.PartyAshallusefresh,highqualityingredientsinthepreparationofthefoodandensurethatalldishesarepreparedinaccordancewithhygienicstandards.

PartyAshallberesponsibleforthepresentationofthefoodandbeverages,includingproperplatingandservingetiquette.

3.ServiceStaff

PartyAshalldeployasufficientnumberofwelltrainedservicestafftoattendtotheneedsofPartyBandtheguestsduringthebanquet.Theservicestaffshallincludewaiters,waitresses,bartenders,andothernecessarypersonnel.

Theservicestaffshallbepolite,professional,andpromptinrespondingtotherequestsofPartyBandtheguests,ensuringasmoothandenjoyablebanquetexperience.

II.RightsandObligationsoftheParties

A.RightsandObligationsofPartyA

1.RighttoReceivePayment

PartyAhastherighttoreceivetheagreeduponpaymentfromPartyBinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsspecifiedinthisAgreement.

2.ObligationtoProvideServices

PartyAshallprovidethebanquetservicesinaccordancewiththedescriptionandqualitystandardssetforthinthisAgreement.PartyAshallusereasonableeffortstoensurethattheservicesareprovidedontimeandtothesatisfactionofPartyB.

PartyAshallberesponsibleforanydamagesorlossescausedbyitsownnegligenceorfailuretoperformtheservicesinaccordancewiththeAgreement.

3.ObligationtoComplywithLawsandRegulations

PartyAshallplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andsafetystandardsinprovidingthebanquetservices.Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedtofoodsafetylaws,firesafetyregulations,andliquorlicensingrequirements.

4.RighttoMakeAdjustments(withpriornotice)

Incaseofunforeseencircumstancesthatmayaffecttheprovisionofservices,PartyAmaymakereasonableadjustmentstotheservicearrangements,providedthatPartyBisnotifiedinwritinginadvanceandPartyAtakesallpossiblemeasurestominimizetheimpactonPartyB.

B.RightsandObligationsofPartyB

1.RighttoReceiveServices

PartyBhastherighttoreceivethebanquetservicesprovidedbyPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement.

2.ObligationtoMakePayment

PartyBshallpayPartyAthetotalamountdueforthebanquetservicesinaccordancewiththepaymentschedulespecifiedinthisAgreement.Paymentshallbemadeinfullandontime.

IfPartyBfailstomakepaymentasscheduled,PartyBshallbeliableforanylatepaymentfeesorinterestchargesasspecifiedinthisAgreement.

3.ObligationtoProvideInformation

PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithallnecessaryinformationandinstructionsregardingthebanquet,includingbutnotlimitedtothenumberofguests,anyspecialdietaryrequirements,andspecificpreferencesforthevenuedecorationandmenu.PartyBshallensuretheaccuracyoftheinformationprovided.

4.RighttoInspectandProvideFeedback

PartyBhastherighttoinspectthevenueandthepreparationsforthebanquetbeforetheevent.PartyBshallprovidefeedbacktoPartyAinatimelymannerregardinganyconcernsordeficiencies,andPartyAshalltakeappropriatemeasurestoaddressthem.

III.PaymentTerms

1.TotalAmount

ThetotalamountpayablebyPartyBforthebanquetservicesis[totalamountinfigures](inwords:[totalamountinwords]).

2.PaymentSchedule

CreditCard:PartyBmaypayusingavalidcreditcard.PartyAshallensurethesecurityofcreditcardinformationandplywithallrelevantpaymentcardindustryregulations.

IV.CancellationandRescheduling

1.PartyB'sCancellation

IfPartyBwishestocancelthebanquetreservation,thefollowingcancellationchargesshallapply:

Morethan[numberofdays]daysbeforethebanquetdate:PartyAshallretain[percentage]%ofthedepositasacancellationfee,andtheremainingdepositshallberefundedtoPartyB.

Lessthan[numberofdays]daysbutmorethan[numberofdays]daysbeforethebanquetdate:PartyAshallretain[percentage]%ofthetotalamountdueasacancellationfee,andthedepositshallbeforfeited.PartyBshallberesponsibleforpayingtheremainingbalance.

Lessthan[numberofdays]daysbeforethebanquetdate:PartyAshallretaintheentireamountdueasacancellationfee,andPartyBshallstillbeliableforthefullpayment.

2.PartyA'sCancellation

IntheeventthatPartyAneedstocancelthebanquetreservationduetounforeseencircumstances(suchasforcemajeure,venueunavailabilityduetomajorrepairs,etc.),PartyAshallnotifyPartyBinwritingassoonaspossible.

PartyAshallrefundallpaymentsreceivedfromPartyB,includingthedeposit,within[numberofdays]daysafterthecancellationnotice.PartyAshallalsomakereasonableeffortstoassistPartyBinfindinganalternativevenueorsolution,atnoadditionalcosttoPartyB.

3.Rescheduling

IfPartyBwishestoreschedulethebanquetdate,PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinwritingatleast[numberofdays]daysbeforetheoriginalbanquetdate.

SubjecttoPartyA'savailability,PartyAshallmakethenecessaryarrangementsfortherescheduledbanquet.Ifthereareanyadditionalcostsassociatedwiththerescheduling,PartyBshallberesponsibleforpayingthem.

V.LiabilityandIndemnification

1.LiabilityforDamages

PartyAshallbeliableforanydirectdamagescausedtoPartyBorPartyB'sguestsduetoitsnegligenceorfailuretoperformtheservicesinaccordancewiththisAgreement.

PartyBshallbeliableforanydirectdamagescausedtoPartyAorPartyA'spropertyduetoPartyB'snegligence,misuseofthevenueorservices,orfailuretoplywiththetermsofthisAgreement.

2.Indemnification

Eachpartyshallindemnifyandholdtheotherpartyharmlessfromandagainstanyandallclaims,losses,damages,liabilities,andexpenses(includingbutnotlimitedtolegalfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwithitsbreachofthisAgreement,itsuseoftheservicesprovided,oritsviolationofanylawsorregulations.

VI.Confidentiality

1.ConfidentialInformation

Bothpartiesacknowledgethatinthecourseoftheirbusinessrelationship,theymayhaveaccesstocertainconfidentialinformationoftheotherparty,includingbutnotlimitedtocustomerlists,pricinginformation,andbusinessstrategies.

2.ObligationtoKeepConfidential

Eachpartyshallkeepconfidentialallconfidentialinformationreceivedfromtheotherpartyandshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty,exceptasrequiredbylaw.

VII.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
