2025租房合同模板(英文版)ResidentialLeaseAgreementEffectiveDate:ThisResidentialLeaseAgreement("Lease")isenteredintoasofthedayof,2025("EffectiveDate"),byandbetween:Landlord:Name:Address:City:,State:,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:Tenant:Name:Address:City:,State:,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:TheLandlordandTenant(collectivelyreferredtoasthe"Parties")agreeasfollows:1.PropertyDescriptionTheLandlordagreestoleasetotheTenant,andtheTenantagreestorentfromtheLandlord,thefollowingproperty:Address:City:,State:,ZIPCode:PropertyType:ResidentialDwelling(bedrooms,bathrooms,squarefeet).2.TermofLeaseThetermofthisLease("LeaseTerm")shallcommenceonandterminateon(the"LeaseExpirationDate").TheTenantshallpossessandenjoythepremisesforthedurationoftheLeaseTerm,subjecttothetermsandconditionshereof.3.RentandDeposita.MonthlyRent:TheTenantagreestopaytheLandlordthesumofDollars($)permonthasrent,dueonthedayofeachmonth.b.LateFee:Ifrentisnotreceivedbythedayofthemonth,alatefeeof%(%)ofthemonthlyrentshallbecharged.c.Deposit:TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositofDollars($)uponsigningthisLease.ThesecuritydepositshallbereturnedwithindaysaftertheLeaseTerm,minusanydeductionsfordamagetothepropertyorunpaidrent.4.Occupancya.TheTenantagreestooccupythepremisesforresidentialpurposesonly.b.TheTenantshallnotusethepremisesforanyillegalactivityorinviolationofanyapplicablelaws,regulations,orzoningordinances.c.TheTenantagreestomaintainthepropertyingoodconditionandtouseitsolelyforlivingpurposes.5.UseofPremisesa.TheTenantacknowledgesreceiptofthepremisesintheircurrentconditionandagreesnottomakeanyunauthorizedalterationsoradditions.b.TheTenantagreesnottosubletthepremisesorassignthisLeasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.c.TheTenantagreestocomplywithallrules,regulations,andcovenantsapplicabletothepremisesassetforthbytheLandlordoranyapplicablegovernmentalauthority.6.MaintenanceandRepairsa.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleformaintainingthestructuralintegrityofthepremises,includingtheroof,walls,foundation,andexteriorwalls.b.TheTenantshallberesponsibleformaintainingtheinteriorofthepremises,includingbutnotlimitedtotheheating,cooling,plumbing,electricalsystems,andappliancesprovidedbytheLandlord.c.TheTenantshallnotifytheLandlordimmediatelyofanyrepairsormaintenanceissuesandshallnotmakeanyunauthorizedrepairs.7.UtilitiesTheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilitycostsassociatedwiththepremises,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,sewage,garbagecollection,andtelecommunicationsservices.8.AlterationsandImprovementsa.TheTenantshallnotmakeanystructuralchangesorimprovementstothepremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.b.TheTenantshallrestorethepremisestotheiroriginalconditionattheendoftheLeaseTerm,subjecttoreasonablewearandtear.9.NoticeofTerminationa.EitherPartymayterminatethisLeaseupondays'writtennoticetotheotherParty.b.Intheeventoftermination,theTenantshallvacatethepremisesbytheLeaseExpirationDate,andtheLandlordshallreturnthesecuritydepositinaccordancewiththetermsofthisLease.10.DefaultandRemediesa.TheTenantshallbeindefaultunderthisLeaseif:TheTenantfailstopayrentwhendue;TheTenantviolatesanymaterialterm,condition,orcovenantofthisLease;TheTenantabandonsthepremisesorisevictedforanycause.b.Upondefault,theLandlordmayelecttoterminatethisLeaseandpursueallremediesavailableatlaworequity,includingbutnotlimitedtotherecoveryofdamages.11.Insurancea.TheLandlordshallmaintaininsuranceonthepremisesforthefullreplacementvalue.b.TheTenantshallobtainandmaintaintenant'sinsurancetocoverpersonalpropertyandliability.12.IndemnificationTheTenantagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheLandlord,theLandlord'sagents,employees,andassignsfromanyandallclaims,damages,losses,orexpensesarisingoutoforrelatedtotheTenant'suseoroccupancyofthepremises,excepttotheextentcausedbythenegligenceorwillfulmisconductoftheLandlord.13.GoverningLawThisLeaseshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof.14.SeverabilityIfanyprovisionofthisLeaseisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.15.EntireAgreementThisLeaseconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,orrepresentations,oralorwritten.NoamendmentsormodificationstothisLeaseshallbevalidunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.16.WaiverNowaiverofanyprovisionofthisLeases
