D.tobe解析:whathasbeensaidabouttheSmiths是主語從句,表示單數(shù),most的單復(fù)數(shù)由of后的成分決定,所以這個句子的主語是單數(shù)。being和tobe都是動詞be的非謂語形式,所以都不能作為答案。答案:B引導(dǎo)主語從句的詞比較多,常見有who,what,whoever,whatever,that,when,where,wherever,why,how,whether等,連接詞的選用要視上下文的邏輯關(guān)系而定,但一般來說,它們的謂語動詞一般以單數(shù)居多.【例2】—Couldyoudomeafavor?—Itdependson_______itis。A.which D。makeup解析:根據(jù)前一句“近年來我都是為他人工作”,所以后一句意思是“我希望建立自己的生意",用setup,“設(shè)立;開創(chuàng)”的意思。turnup是“找到;出現(xiàn)”的意思;fixup是“修理;解決”的意思;makeup是“彌補;化妝"的意思。答案:C對于動詞短語的考查,前面也講過,一定要加強相關(guān)短語的辨析,以及與具體語言環(huán)境的結(jié)合。另一方面,也一定要注意避免望文生義現(xiàn)象,setup不就是“修建”的意思嗎?沒錯,但事實上應(yīng)用中更側(cè)重于“建立;設(shè)立;開創(chuàng)”這一含義。所以,對于短語或詞匯,要將它們的意思記全、記牢。【例7】I'dappreciate_______ifyouwouldliketoteachmehowtousethecomputer。A。that
