Letter

of

Advice寫作指導【話題技巧總析】

本單元的寫作任務是建議信。建議信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告。有可能是寫給個人，就收信人遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點；也可能是寫給某個組織或機構，就改進其服務等方面提出建議、忠告。

提出建議時，多用祈使句，時態以一般現在時為主，人稱多用第二人稱。【基本框架】

建議信的格式和普通信件一樣，通常包括以下幾個部分：信頭、稱呼、正文、結束語和簽名。因為本寫作任務開頭和結尾已給出，所以我們只需要寫出正文部分即可。

建議信的正文部分分為三部分：

第一部分——引出話題；

第二部分——提出建議；

第三部分——表達祝愿。【關鍵句型舉例】一、常用開頭語1.
