前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件是GB/T27995《半成品鏡片毛坯》的第2部分。GB/T27995已經發布了以下部分:

——第1部分:單焦和多焦;

——第2部分:漸變焦。

本文件代替GB27995.2—2011《半成品眼鏡片毛坯第2部分:漸變焦鏡片毛坯規范》,與

GB27995.2—2011相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)增加了規范性引用的GB/T10050(見5.1.1);

b)刪除了30mm的鑒別區域(見2011年版的5.4.1)。

本文件修改采用ISO10322?2:2016《眼科光學半成品眼鏡片毛坯第2部分:漸進焦和漸退焦

眼鏡片毛坯規范》。

本文件與ISO10322?2:2016相比,在結構上有部分調整,兩個文件之間的結構編號變化對照一覽

表見附錄A。

本文件與ISO10322?2:2016的技術差異及其原因如下:

——用規范性引用的GB/T26397替換了ISO13666,并增加了規范性引用的GB45184(見第

3章),以適應我國的技術條件、增加可操作性;

——用規范性引用的GB/T10050替換了ISO7944(見5.1.1),以適應我國的技術條件、增加可操

作性;

——用規范性引用的GB/T17341替換了ISO8598(見附錄C),以適應我國的技術條件、增加可

操作性;

——刪除了基本要求(見ISO10322?2:2016的5.1),以適應我國的技術條件、增加可操作性;

——增加了幾何尺寸試驗方法(見6.3),以適應我國的技術條件、增加可操作性;

——更改了標記內容(見第7章,ISO10322?2:2016的7.1.1和7.1.2),以適應我國的技術條件;

——更改了標志內容(見第8章,ISO10322?2:2016的7.2和7.3),以適應我國的技術條件;

——刪除了本部分的參考說明(見ISO10322?2:2016的第8章),以適應我國的技術條件;

——將資料性附錄“用焦度計測量附加面焦度”更改為規范性附錄(見附錄C,ISO10322?2:2016

的附錄B),以適應我國的技術條件。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動:

——為與我國現有標準協調,標準名稱修改為《半成品鏡片毛坯第2部分:漸變焦》;

——在表1中增加了注2。

引言

半成品鏡片毛坯是處方定制鏡片的重要元件,不僅能快速實現顧客個性化需求,還能有效提升鏡

片加工時效,優化鏡片庫存,降低因鏡片長期存放引起的老化風險。

GB/T27995《半成品鏡片毛坯》作為與強制性國家標準配套的推薦性國家標準,由2個部分構成。

——第1部分:單焦和多焦。目的在于確立單焦和多焦半成品鏡片毛坯表面的光學和幾何特性的

要求及相關的試驗方法,提升加工水平。

——第2部分:漸變焦。目的在于確立漸變焦半成品鏡片毛坯表面的光學和幾何特性的要求及相

關的試驗方法,提升加工水平。
