Itisagreedthatthisinsurancedoesnotapplytotheinsuredforpurefinancialorpecuniarylossessuchasbutnotlimitedtothefollowingitems

1.costestimatesandcreditsbeingexceeded;

2.financialandcreditbusiness,moneyandpropertybusinessandothercommercialtransactions;

3.lossresultingfromdeficitsonthecashaccount,errorsinmakingpaymentsanddishonestybypersonnel;

4.considerationsconcerninglocationandprofitability,breachofpatentsandotherprotectedindustrialrights,andinrespectofvaluation;

5.failuretoadheretoagreedtodates,time-limited,agreedpropertiesandservices;

6.workforvaluableconsiderationconcerningdataprocessing;

7.activitiesasdesigner,consultant,buildingorassemblymanager,testerorexpert;

8.liabilityasdirectorandofficer;

9.therecallorrecoveryofarticles,subjecttotheprovisions;

10.infringementofrestrictedtightsinram;

11.infringementofpersonalrights.

otherthanthosefinanciallossestheinsuredbecomeslegallyliableresultingfrombodilyinjuryorpropertydamageasaresultofanaccidentcoveredunderthispolicy.
