保兌行的

a.Providedthatthestipulateddocumentsarepresentedtotheconfirmingbankortoanyothernominatedbankandthattheyconstituteacomplyingpresentation，theconfirmingbankmust：

a.如果規定的單據被提交至保兌行或者任何其他被指定銀行并構成相符提示，保兌行必需：

i.honour，ifthecreditisavailableby：

i.兌付，假如信用證適用于：

a.sightpayment，deferredpaymentoracceptancewiththeconfirmingbank;

a.由保兌行即期付款、延期付款或者承兌;

b.sightpaymentwithanothernominatedbankandthatnominatedbankdoesnotpay;

b.由另一家被指定銀行即期付款而該被指定銀行未予付款;

c.deferredpaymentwithanothernominatedbankandthatnominatedbankdoesnotincuritsdeferredpaymentundertakingor，havingincurreditsdeferredpaymentundertaking，doesnotpayatmaturity;

c.由另一家被指定銀行延期付款而該被指定銀行未擔當其延期付款，或者雖已擔當延期付款但到期未予付款;

d.acceptancewithanothernominatedbankandthatnominatedbankdoesnotacceptadraftdrawnonitor，havingacceptedadraftdrawnonit，doesnotpayatmaturity;

d.由另一家被指定銀行承兌而該被指定銀行未予承兌以其為付款人的匯票，或者雖已承兌以其為付款人的匯票但到期未予付款;

e.negotiationwithanothernominatedbankandthatnominatedbankdoesnotnegotiate.

e.由另一家被指定銀行議付而該被指定銀行未予議付。

ii.negotiate，withoutrecourse無追索權，ifthecreditisavailablebynegotiationwiththeconfirmingbank.

ii.若信用證由保兌行議付，無追索權地議付。

b.Aconfirmingbankisirrevocablyboundtohonourornegotiateasofthetimeitaddsitsconfirmationtothecredit.

b.自為信用證加具保兌之時起，保兌行即不行撤銷地受到兌付或者議付責任的約束。

c.Aconfirmingbankundertakestoreimburseanothernominatedbankthathashonouredornegotiatedacomplyingpresentationandforwardedthedocumentstotheconfirmingbank.Reimbursementfortheamountofacomplyingpresentationunderacreditavailablebyacceptanceordeferredpaymentisdueatmaturity，whetherornotanothernominatedbankprepaidorpurchasedbeforematurity.Aconfirmingbank‘sundertakingtoreimburseanothernominatedbankisindependentoftheconfirmingbank’sundertakingtothebeneficiary.

c.保兌行保證向對于相符提示已經予以兌付或者議付并將單據寄往開證行的另一家被指定銀行進展償付。無論另一家被指定銀行是否于到期日前已經對相符提示予以預付或者購置，對于承兌或延期付款信用證項下相符提示的金額的償付于到期日進展。保兌行償付另一家被指定銀行的獨立于保兌行對于受益人的。

d.Ifabankisauthorizedorrequestedbytheissuingbanktoconfirmacreditbutisnotpreparedtodoso，itmustinformtheissuingbankwithoutdel
