WeldedWireFabricshallconformtoBS4483.焊接鋼絲應符合BS4483.Cold-workedsteelbarsshallnotbeusedasliftinghooks.吊鉤鋼筋不得運用冷加工鋼筋材料。 Couplersofreinforcementaretobeofthelappingtype,andusedonallbarsonmemberswhereshownonthedrawings.鋼筋連接采納搭接式；應依據圖紙所示對構件的全部鋼筋運用搭接連接。 Flashweldcanbeusedintheconnectionworks,andshallfollowBS4449.鋼筋連接可采納閃光焊，并要符合規范4449中的相關規定。2.2 FABRICATION鋼筋加工2.2.1 General:Fabricatereinforcingbarstoconformtorequiredshapesanddimensions,withfabricationtolerancescomplyingwithBS4466.I總則：依據所需形態和尺寸加工鋼筋，加工公差符合BS4466。2.2.2 Handling:Bending,placing,spacingandsplicingofsteelshallcomplyinallcaseswiththerequirementsofBS4466.處理：鋼筋的彎曲、設置、間距和搭接應符合BS4466的要求。2.2.3 UnacceptableMaterials:ReinforcementwithanyofthefollowingdefectswillnotbepermittedintheWork:不行接受的材料：假如鋼筋有以下一種狀況，它就不能用于工程。 a) Barlengths,depths,andbendsexceedingspecifiedfabricationtolerances.鋼筋長度、厚度和彎曲超過規定的加工公差。 b) BendsorkinksnotrequiredbytheWork.工程不須要的彎曲或紐結 c) Barswithreducedcross-sectionduetoexcessiverestingorothercause.鋼筋由于過度不用或其他緣由導致截面變小。PART3 EXECUTION第三節實施3.1 VERIFICATIONOFCONDITIONS核實條件 ExamineworkpreparedbyothertradestoreceiveworkofthissectionandreportanydefectsaffectinginstallationtotheContractorforcorrection.Commencementofworkwillbeconstruedascompleteacceptanceofpreparatoryworkbyothers. 檢查其他行業打算的工作，接受本部分的工作，并將影響安裝的全部缺陷向承包商匯報以便改正。工程開工可理解為完全接受他人所做的打算工作。3.2 PLACINGOFREINFORCEMENT鋼筋的安裝 TheContractorshallsupplyandincorporateintheworkallsuchsteelreinforcementincludingtiewire,supportandspacerbars,alltothesatisfactionoftheEngineer'sRepresentative.承包商應完全依據監理工程師代表的要求供應和在工程中采納全部的鋼筋，包括連接鐵絲、支撐鋼筋和定位鋼筋等等。 TheContractormaysubstitutealternativebarsizesbundledasnecessarythanthoseshownonthedrawings.TheContractortoprovidecalculationsshowingthesubstitutedbardiametersmeetallrequirementsofarea,bond,ofBS8110totheEngineer'sRepresentativeforhisapproval.承包商可以運用可選擇性鋼筋尺寸來替換圖紙上顯示的鋼筋尺寸。承包商應向監理工程師代表供應表明代替的鋼筋尺寸符合BS8110的面積和粘結要求的計算書供其批準。 Reinforcementshallbecontinuousthroughconstructionjointsunlessotherwiseindicatedondrawings.除非圖紙上另有規定，鋼筋穿過施工縫處應是連續的.Splicesshallbesetupinsuchlocationwherethestressislowandthenumberofsplicesshallnotmorethantwoinonelongitudinalreinforcement.鋼筋的接頭宜設在受力較弱處，同一縱向受力鋼筋不宜設置兩個或兩個以上接頭。Splicesofadjacentbarsshallbestaggeredwitheachotherinthesamestructuralmembers,andshallsatisfywiththeleastratiooflapping,同一構件中相鄰縱向受力鋼筋的接頭宜相互錯開，且要滿意接頭百分率要求。 Thesplicelengthsofallreinforcingbarswhichhavetobesplicedshall,unlessotherwiseshownonthedrawings,beinconformitywiththefollowing:除非圖紙上另有規定，全部鋼筋的搭接長度應符合以下： Plainroundbars光圓鋼筋 60xBarDiaMinimum最小60倍鋼筋直徑 Deformedbars變形鋼筋 50xBarDiaMinimum最小50倍鋼筋直徑 Fabric鋼絲 (300mmminimum,butoverlapmeasuredbetweenoutermostwiresofeachsheetnolessthanpitchofsecondary).最小300毫米，） Splicedbarsaretobesecurelytiedtogether.搭接鋼筋應堅固地連接在一起。 SplicestobestaggeredtotheapprovaloftheEngineer'sRepresentative,andthefabricistobesecurelytiedlayertolayer.鋼筋搭接錯開應得到監理工程師代表的批準。鋼絲應分層堅固地連接在一起。 Allsteel,beforebeingplacedinposition,shallbethoroughlycleanedoflooserust,scaleandanyothercoatingthatwilldestroyorreducebond.在安裝到位全部鋼筋之前，應徹底清除毀壞或降低黏結的松散的銹蝕、水垢和其他涂層。 Allreinforcementshallbeplacedaccuratelyinapositionandsecurelyfastenedinplacetopreventdisplacementduringtheplacingoftheconcrete.全部鋼筋應正確安裝到位，并堅固地固定以防止在澆筑混凝土過程中移動。 Beforeconcreteiscast,checkallreinforcementafteritisplacedtoensurethatreinforcementconformstoContractDocumentsandapprovedshopdrawings.在澆筑混凝土之前，檢查全部安裝的鋼筋，確保鋼筋符合合同文件和批準的加工圖。 Unlessshownonthedrawingsconcretecovertoallreinforcementshallbe
