1、國際法國建筑與城市規劃設計公司/1周邊環境國際位于華僑城西部，緊靠深南大道南側，東鄰未來時代景區，西鄰沙河球場，南接小學。無論從現狀和規劃來看，這棟 25 層的高層建筑將在高度和體量上“鶴立雞群”，成為該區域的一個重要地標，并擁有得天獨厚的開闊視野。2 對于項目和的分析：主要和構思依據通過對周邊環境和任務書要求的解讀，歸納出這個項目所必須解決的幾個主要，這將成為從事創作的原始基礎和出發點。這幾個表現為：建筑使用功能和形象的，由于市場的需要，該項目的大部分使用功能被定性為“商務住宅”。如果用傳統法來處理其形式，將“國際”這一“”所暗示的紀念性和公共性形象；的形狀對住宅朝向的不利限制。該地塊為南北

2、向長，東西向窄，對于住宅的南北向布局十分不利，并限制了最有利的景觀；相對復雜的使用功能和局促用地的，在建筑用地僅有 2000 平方米左右的地塊上需要兼顧和滿足住宅、酒店、辦公、活動等不同使用功能要求；的東、西、南、北四個立面均成為重要展示面。由于地塊周邊均為相對低矮的多層建筑，使得該建筑對于城市景觀的影響變得舉足輕重。3 解決的對策設計構思平面布局：在傳統的住宅布局基礎上，改良和發展了一種較為新穎的平面組合形式，它由四條“板”樓呈一定傾斜角錯動組成。這樣的平面為住宅和酒店爭取了最大限度的面寬并有效地控制了進深。同時，由于在平面布局與東西向軸線之間偏轉了一定角度，巧妙地避免了東西角的不利朝向，得

3、到最有利的對海，對世界之窗以及對沙河的景觀。同時由于這種錯動和扭轉，使得建筑對深南路的主立面變成更加豐富和生動。功能分配：建筑裙房部分為商業、接待及住宅大堂、辦公和活動室。其中商業、住宅和酒店有首層直接的出。塔樓的五至八層為酒店式接待用房。以上為商務住宅。兩部分流線完全分離，互不干擾。商務住宅戶戶有良好的景觀朝向，所有廚房衛生間均有自然通風、采光。住宅上部分復式戶型，并在頂層由北向南退后，形成朝南向的望海屋頂花園。酒店部分由一組電梯作垂直交通服務，商務住宅部分則有兩個筒分組服務，平面緊湊，流線簡潔有效，走道和消防樓梯都有自然采光通風，以達到經濟、節能和生態的目的。建筑造型：如前所述，由于“國際

4、”這命題所暗示的紀念性和公共性，以及它所肩負的接待國際國內開會交流的特殊功能，它的建筑形象必須比一般的住宅建筑有更強有力的可讀性和整體性。在建筑外立面，運用了富有塑性的折面弧形“墻”和平面邏輯相對應，兩側各有四片，以重復法達到豐富視覺效果，造成“一氣呵成”的氣勢，成為標志性的獨特建筑語言，裙房可以看作了這幾片弧形體的基座，強調了水平方向的走勢，與塔樓的“垂直”趨向形成對比。從遠處看，就象幾片充滿張力的弧面漂浮在簡潔的基座上， 凝固在向著深南路和海岸線沖去的一瞬間，以雕塑感的體量表達自己的個性。建筑自發的象征意義：二十一世紀的要有體現時代精神的清新形象，它應該是富有朝氣的、生動的、有魄力的，建筑
