4、rst step, and based on case studies to explore the effect .Finally, introduce follow-up project implementation and evaluation plan. 3 研究的背景和目的Background and purpose of the study作為公共圖書館體系的“神經末稍”-社區圖書館，青樹圖書館長期以來秉持著這樣的理念：以圖書館項目的建設為依托，提升學校對學生以信息素養為核心的整體素質的培養能力，提高學生的創造性和批判性思維能力。同時使學校圖書館具備服務社區的能力，發揮學校在服務社

5、區文化建設方面的潛在職能，使學校圖書館對社區居民的文化生活及生產行為產生積極的影響。作為公共圖書館的有機構成部分，發揮圖書館的對社區居民的教育功能是社區圖書館服務的題中之義。欠發達地區真正的信息貧困在于信息素養的貧困而非信息資源的貧困Evergreen Library rely on library construction project to improve school students capacity of information literacy as the core of the overall quality of training, improve their creati

17、和教育發展的一個迫切課題。天祝青樹圖書館目前正在進行的農村信息培訓項目作為一個具有試驗性質的項目，通過探索構建了以培訓方式提升欠發達地區社區居民的信息素養的有效模式。本研究是對此項目第一階段的成果總結，初步展示了這一項目對提升農民信息素養的有效性。同時隨著這一項目在后續階段普及深化，將對在同樣領域的政府相關部門或非政府公益機構的探索有著積極的借鑒意義。Tianzhu Evergreen Library training program is a rural information experimental project, constructed by exploring ways to en
