D., Professor, Dean大學在上世紀 50 年代先后創(chuàng)設大學電子科學與可追溯到的無線電物理和半導體物理專業(yè)。近年來,大學實施學科拓展,發(fā)展高新技術學科和工程學科,于 2009 年末在電子科學與技術、信息與通信工程學科的基礎上,通過與中國電子科技建,組建了新的工程學科類學院。公司第十四和第五十五共T

13、o a leading engineering school inChina and an influential onehe world.今日概況Overview電子科學與 是 大學電子信息領域主要的 培養(yǎng)和科學研究基地,,“211 工程”和“985 工程”重點建設的學科,設有電子工程系、微電子與光電子學系、信息電子學系、通信工程系,覆蓋了電子科學與技術、信息與通信工程兩個一級學科,其中微電子學與固體電子學、無線電物理學為國家重點學科。The development of the School of Electronic Science and Engineering is supporte
14、d by Project 211 and Project 985. It consists of four departments, namely, the Department of Electronic Engineering, the Department of Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, the Department of Information Electronics, and the Department of Communication Engineering. The four departments cover two -lev
15、el disciplines (Electronic Science and Technology, and Information and Communication Engineering). The school has two National Key Disciplines, namely, Microelectronics and Solid S e Electronics, and Radiophysics.師資力量雄厚,現(xiàn)有教職員工 129 人,教授 31 名(其國2人,中國工程院3 人,國家“海外次引進計劃”4 人,“973”首席科學家 2 人,教育部計劃特聘教授 5 人,國
