1、英語名詞變復數的練習題名詞復數名詞在使用中的難點在于名詞的數，即可數名詞與不可數名詞的實際 應用。所以它具有單數形式和復數形式兩種。可數名詞復數形式的構 成規律是：1.一般情況力口 s,女口： penpens, doctor doctors,boy boys,其讀音規則是在清輔音后讀S,在元音和濁輔音后讀Z。女口:map map , boy boys.2.在以 s, sh, ch, x 結尾的名詞后面加 es,女口： bus buses,class classes,其讀音為iz 。3.以 ce, se, ze, (d)ge 結尾的名詞加 s,其讀音為iz 。4.以輔音字母加 y 結尾的名詞，要

2、將 y 變為 i 再加 es，讀作z, 女口：factory factories, country countries, family families. 但要注意的是以元音字母加 y 結尾的名詞的復數形式只加 s,如:boy boys,day days。5.以 o 結尾的名詞的復數形式一般要加 es,但如果 o 前面是元音字 母或外來詞，縮寫詞以 o 結尾的則只加 s，有生命的要加 es 沒有生 命的加 s女口 : tomato tomatoes, hero heroes; potato- potatoes negro-negroesphoto photos, radio radios, p

3、ia no pia nos6.以 f 或 fe 結尾的名詞的復數形式要將 f 或 fe 變為 v 再加 es，如: knife knives, leaf leaves,但有些例外的詞如 roof 的復數形 式是 roofs。7. 不規則名詞的復數形式是要單個記憶的，它沒有規律可循，如:manmen, woma n wome n, child childre n, foot feet, tooth teeth, mouse mice8. 單復同形的名詞有：fish, sheep, deer 9. 單數形式但其意為復數的名詞有：people, police, family 等。聶名詞還有格的變化，
