2、系任教,副教授,碩士生導師。主要從事跨國經營與跨文化管理人力資源管理、企業文化與服務管理等方面的研究。已在各類學術期刊上發表論文11篇,其中在CSSCI檢索源期刊上發表5篇;在CSCD檢索源期刊上發表2篇。主編教材1部:實用商貿英語聽說教程;出版專著1部:多維視角的企業文化建構與創新。獲國家社會科學基金項目1項,省部級科研成果兩項。2002年開始從事研究生英語教學。講授的主要課程有:工商碩士研究生學位英語、英語聽說和經貿資刊選讀等。二、預修課程 大學英語精讀、大學英語聽力三、課程簡介(300-500字) 工商管理碩士(MBA)學位是一種培養我國工商界、金融界應用
3、型、綜合型高級管理人才的學位。工商管理碩士英語是工商管理碩士(MBA)位的必修課程,也是MBA整體教學體系中的一個重要環節。本課程教學旨在提高學員在實際工作情景中綜合運用英語進行交流的能力,能順利地閱讀本專業的英語材料,獲取所需信息,了解和熟悉當代社會經濟、管理和科學技術發展的動態,并能運用英語進行基本的商務活動。通過本課程的學習,學員能提高閱讀能力、商務寫作能力和翻譯能力,能聽懂本專業的英語學術報告,并能就相關話題簡要發言。 四、教學目的與要求(300-500字)本課程的主要教學目的是幫助MBA學員熟練掌握英語的詞法、句法,提高學生的語篇理解能力,與此同時培養學生的英語應用能力,力求在聽說能
4、力方面取得突破。具體要求如下:(1)詞匯:理解性掌握5000個左右的常用單詞及詞組,復用式掌握2500個左右的基本詞,認知120個左右的常用詞根和詞綴,并能根據基本的構詞法識別派生詞,掌握本學科所需的常用的專業詞匯。 (2)語法:能較熟練地運用語法知識,尤其是動詞時態、語態和語氣,能理解常見的長難句。 (3)閱讀能力:能綜合運用英語語言知識和各項閱讀技能,較順利地閱讀并正確理解一般性題材、語言難度中等的相關文獻資料,閱讀速度達每分鐘60至70個詞;能夠理解文章中心思想及主要內容,領會作者的意圖和態度;能順利閱讀本專業的英語資料
5、,速度每分鐘80至100個詞,理解正確。 (4)寫的能力:能運用基本寫作技巧,按具體要求,在1小時內寫出250至300個詞左右的短文,文字要切合主題,語義連貫,無重大語法錯誤;能用英文書寫論文摘要、商務函電分析等,正確表達思想,條理清楚,文理通順,無重大語言錯誤。 (5)譯的能力:能借助詞典,將本專業的資料進行英漢、漢英互譯,英譯漢的速度達每小時350個英文詞,要求理解正確,譯文通順達意;漢譯英一般難度的材料,速度每小時250個左右漢字,要求譯文通順,用詞基本正確,無重大語言錯誤。 (6)聽的能力:對題材熟悉、難度不大、基本上沒有生
