15、衡宇如因乙方過(guò)失或過(guò)錯(cuò)致使衡宇及設(shè)施受損，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)補(bǔ)償責(zé)任。PartyBwillnottransfertheleaseofthepremisesorsubletitwithoutPartyA'sapprovalandshouldtakegoodcareofthepremises.Qthurwisu,PartyBwillberesponsibletocompensateanydamagesofthepremisesandattachedfacilitiescausedbyitsfaultandnegligence.4 .乙方應(yīng)按本合同規(guī)定合法利用該衡宇，不得擅自改變利用性質(zhì)。乙方不得在
