15、學方式,在我國有悠久的歷史。但隨著素質教育的開展,死記硬背被作為一種僵化的、阻礙學生才能開展的教學方式,漸漸為人們所摒棄;而另一方面,老師們又為進步學生的語文素養煞費苦心。其實,只要應用得當,“死記硬背與進步學生素質并不矛盾。相反,它恰是進步學生語文程度的重要前提和根底。你于今天9月1日上午在學校花園拾到手提包一個,內有錢假設干及一個筆記本,請失主前來6座308室領取。單靠“死記還不行,還得“活用,姑且稱之為“先死后活吧。讓學生把一周看到或聽到的新穎事記下來,摒棄那些假話套話空話,寫出自己的真情實感,篇幅可長可短,并要求運用積累的成語、名言警句等,定期檢查點評,選擇優秀篇目在班里朗讀或展出。這樣,即穩固了所學的材料,又鍛煉了學生的寫作才能,同時還培養了學生的觀察才能、思維才能等等,到達“一石多鳥的效果。教學反思: 要練說,先練膽。說話膽小是幼兒語言開展的障礙。不少幼兒當眾說話時顯得害怕:有的結巴重復,面紅耳赤;有的聲音極低,自講自聽;有的低頭不語,扯衣服,扭身子。總之,說話時外部表現不自然。我抓住練膽這個關鍵,面向全體,偏向差生。一是和幼兒建立和諧的語言交流關系。每當和幼兒講話時,我總是笑臉相迎,聲音親切,動作親昵,消除幼兒畏懼心理,讓他能主動的、無拘無束地和我交談。二是注重培養幼兒敢于當眾說話的習慣。或在課堂教學中,改
