8、要找新的花樣，無論是新的朋友或新的衣服，來麻煩你自己。找舊的，回到那里去。萬物不變，是我們在變。你的衣服可以賣掉，但要保留你的思想。作為一個建筑設計師應具備20個基本知識、修養與技能：1.懂制圖（土建制圖、機械制圖），能熟練地畫出符合國家規范的設計圖紙和施工圖。2.能看懂各種土建施工圖紙，除了結構施工圖紙外，對給排水（上下水）工程圖、采暖工程圖、通風工程圖、電氣照明與消防工程圖等，也都非常熟練。這對搞好室內裝修設計十分重要：可以避免裝修設計與土建設施發生沖突，能更周到的進行裝修設計、恰當的進行裝修設計。3.懂透視學，能快速地畫出室內透視骨架線圖，做到透視準確無誤：會畫軸測圖（定軸測軸和軸間角度

9、）。這是畫好效果圖的基礎。4.會畫彩色效果圖，能把房間的空間感、質感、色彩變化、家具設備的主體感、光環境效果等正確地表現出來。5、熟悉各種土建材料和建筑裝修材料（材料的性能、特點、尺寸規格、色澤、裝飾效果和價格等），才能正確地選用材料和恰當地搭配材料。6.懂得建筑的基本構造類型，特別是對每種構造的優缺點、常用的結構方式等要熟悉。7.具備建筑風格、室內和家具風格方面的知識與修養，能熟悉各種的基本特征與變體。還了解各種陳設品的歷史發展。8.具備測繪的知識與技能，能正確地做好現場實測記錄，為設計搜集資料。9.對裝修施工工藝要熟悉，以確保裝飾裝修的質量。10.有廣博的文化知識與修養，這對提高室內設計水

10、平有利。11.會并善于做設計資料的搜集與積累工作，列如，通過畫速寫、測繪、拍照、復印和記錄等手段，不斷積累有用的各種設計資料。12.掌握專業調查的技巧，不論是綜合性的，還是專業性的調查，都能抓住要點，得到設計師應掌握的情況與信息，以利于室內設計工作。13.會獨立制作高質量的模型，這就要求設計師懂材料、工藝做法，并會使用必要的工具和設備。這是設計師應具備的動手能力。14.會攝影，懂暗房技術，還會攝像。這些技能設計師也能掌握。15.室內設計師還會電腦輔助設計（CAD），掌握用電腦繪制設計圖、施工圖和效果圖的技巧。16.要具備園林藝術、盆景與插花藝術方面的知識與修養，懂得綠化樹種、花草的特性與功能。
