1、YL、YLKK系列中型高壓三相異步電動機(機座號355-630的功率等級、電氣性能和安裝尺寸及公差均符合國家標準GB755旋轉電機定額和性能、國際電工委員會標準IEC34-1旋轉電機定額和性能和機械行業標準JB/T7593、JB/T10315.1、JB/T10315.2等。本系列電動機的外殼防護等級根據GB4942.1和IEC34-5旋轉電機外殼防護等級的標準分別有IP23、IP44和IP54四種。電動機采用國際上流行的箱式結構,機座和端蓋均由鋼板焊接而成,剛度好、重量輕。定子采用外壓裝結構。定子繞組采用F級絕緣材料和防暈材料,繞組端部固定采用特殊綁扎工藝、牢固可靠,整個定子采用真空壓力浸漆F

2、級無溶劑漆(VPI處理。由此,電動機具有優良可靠的絕緣性能和防潮、抗沖擊能力。本系列電動機鼠籠轉子有鑄鋁和銅條兩種。鑄鋁轉子由純鋁澆鑄而成,無轉子斷條現象,使用可靠;電動機轉子采用銅籠轉子時轉子導條與端環采用中頻焊接,且轉子銅條經槽內緊固工藝處理,因而具有較高的可靠性。YL、YLKK Series,medium size high V oltage,three-phase asynchronous motors(Frame No.355-630 mounting demensions and tolerance are coincident with GB755Rotating electri

4、 cover protective gradestandard,there are four grades ie IP23 、IP44 and IP54.The construction of these series is a world wide current tank shape.the motors grame is made of steel plate and welded into a form,thus the rigidiy is good and with a light weight.The stator with outer-press-assembly struct

5、ure is adopted.stator is made of F-grade insulation and electric-crown proof material,a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening.the whole stator is treated by VPI with F grade solution technology.by this means motor will possess good and reliable insulation property and moi

6、sture proof,anti-inpact capability.The rotor may be divioled into two modes i.e.casting aluminium and copper bar mode.Castmg aluminium rotor is casted with pure aiuminium which are reliable in operation and there is not such phenomenon of rotor conductord to be broken up.The motors rotor copper cond
