9、nt productseducational summary:bachelor's degree in instructional design , design college, houston19xxmaster in instructional system development, houston university, houston, 19xx成功面試四步曲進入面試是人生的一次機遇同時也是一次挑戰,如何選擇面試輔導老師是同學們期望知道的,也許聰明的同學會挨家的聽免費公開課,很多同學都是看機構名氣其實看名氣是不理智的,例如:全國知名機構在北京的老師特別厲害,有中央直屬機構的十萬班,在北京的郊區莊園開班,很少好老師會去其他核心城市以外地方,往往是剛畢業的研究生做講師,本科畢業的做助教。我個人認為面試應該分四步走,下面我簡要的介紹一下面試的四部曲:第一部,能講話,聽過老師的基礎知識的講解很多同學能簡要的說出核心內容,但是答題時間短,沒有像樣的連接詞,不成句,不完整。第二部,能完整的說出意思,心中有很多想法,會猶豫,不知道哪個是對的,不知道該不該說,有的時候想說的會忘記,基本能基本完整的答題。第三部,能夠順暢的回答完問題
