2、體現出參賽同學的很 多能力。有幸的是我連年帶隊參加此項活動，收益頗豐一一 正如各類考試一樣，準備的內容越多，技巧鍛煉得越純熟， 勝算也就越大。一、self introduction (自我介紹)自我介紹規定時間90秒，它非常正式，通常不需要表 演和歌唱，一律不允許配背景音樂和圖像。且自我介紹要有 層次性，切不能弄成一團糟。自備節目常常先入為主，容易給人留下較深刻的印象， 于是要高度重視自備節目。自備節目一定要富于個性，要能體現自己的個人特色， 給人以耳目一新的感覺。比如你喜歡鋼琴，你就可以就這一 點展開，寫出與之有關的一系列感觸頗深的事件。自備節目 的行文要易讀、押韻、流暢并便于演講。演講時語

7、演講）命題演講相當于口頭作文。臨時給個topic給你，只有 40秒的準備時間，然后限你用100秒時間把整個話題用英語 繪聲繪色地演講出來。它不但要求選手有過硬的英語基本 功，還要求選手有很強的應變能力和組織能力，所以它是整 個英語口語比賽中最難的部分，其實它也最能體現參賽選手 的真實水平。我發現，要想在這部分取得好的成績，待拿到 topic后，先要考慮如何布局？如何破題？準備講幾個方 面？然后再自由發揮，即就是心中要有個演講提綱，只有這 樣才能在有限的時間內把話題闡述清楚。演講需要激情，但更需要真情實感。要從生活中最貼近 的東西入口，要將抽象的問題具體化，并盡可能地游移到自 己親生經歷的事情中

8、去。當然，演講稿的語言構成是否出色 就得靠演講者的真本領了。我個人覺得可以適當的加入些句 式短的排比句，這樣富有氣勢，容易在演講時迸發激情，也 可以用些疑問句，以引起聽眾的思索，還可以用一些英語典 故或俚語，諺語等，只要用得恰當，就會為你的演講錦上添 花。在演講過程中，萬一大腦出現短暫空白，要巧妙地運用 過渡語，如in my opinion. well. i think.等，給自己大 腦一個思考的空間，切不可冷場。且要注意平常的積累，平 時要多找話題來進行操練。這樣才能在比賽中快速破題，學 會快速布局全文，以便提高自己瞬間語言組織能力。同時拿 到命題后要學會將平時訓練積累的東西有效地融合進去。
