13、的措施)針對(duì)XX公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況，通過項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，消除切線、剝皮、壓接純手工 生產(chǎn)的尷尬局面。具體目標(biāo)：1. 原來配線工全員參與并且效率低下。項(xiàng)LI實(shí)施后，只需3名專職人員操作就 能平穩(wěn)快速的進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，解放生產(chǎn)力，提高生產(chǎn)效率；2. 原來純手工剝皮、壓接，每個(gè)人制作出來都差別很大，嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。項(xiàng)LI實(shí)施后，設(shè)定程序，設(shè)備自動(dòng)進(jìn)行剝皮、壓接，差別微小，能有效提升質(zhì)量水平;3. 原來切割線前，配線工自己粗略測(cè)量線束長度，然后再切割，往往害怕太短，乂增長了線束切割長度，配線結(jié)束后浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象特別嚴(yán)重。項(xiàng)LI實(shí)施后，精確化 測(cè)量線束長度，每面開關(guān)柜至少節(jié)約3米導(dǎo)線，按6000面（臺(tái)）/年的生產(chǎn)情況，
