7、噴有起吊符號標志，起吊時， 應在包裝箱四下角墊木處掛鋼絲繩（如圖 1 ）；如果沒有包裝箱或電抗器從包裝 箱中吊出時，應同時使用器身上的所有吊環(huán)起吊（如圖2） .5.3 所有的鋼絲繩和吊鉤應能承受吊運整體質量的要求，起吊鋼絲繩之間的夾角 不得大于 60 度。2. 產品運輸6.1 產品運輸過程中必須保持正常的直立狀態(tài)。6.2 產品可用火車、輪船、汽車或飛機等交通工具進行運輸。裝運產品的車廂、 船艙和貨倉等需保持清潔， 無氣體或液體污染物， 不要與腐蝕性的物品放在一起。6.3 產品裝車情況必須符合運輸規(guī)程中的要求，并將產品放牢固，在運輸過程中 不允許有搖晃碰撞和滑移的現(xiàn)象以免造成意外事故。6.4 無

8、包裝的電抗器，附帶的零件、配套件及出廠文件等另裝成箱，與電抗器一 起發(fā)運。6.5 無包裝箱的產品通過底座夾件、吊環(huán)、地腳等處與運輸工具固定，不得綁拉 線圈絕緣子、墊塊、引線等易損件，以防拉壞產品。6.6 產品運輸過程中，其傾斜度不得大于 30度。6.7 產品卸下時不得堆碼，同時下面要用方木等物件墊好，墊高不小于100mm。3. 檢查驗收用戶收到電抗器后，應立即進行檢查7.1 檢查產品的銘牌與訂貨合同是否相符，如產品型號、額定容量、額定電壓、 電抗率等。7.2 檢查出廠文件是否齊全7.3 檢查包裝箱內零部件和附件是否與裝箱單相符7.4 檢查產品在運輸過程中有無損傷，產品零部件、附件是否損傷或移位

9、，接線 是否松動、斷裂，絕緣是否有破損，是否有臟物或異物等。7.5 產品開箱檢查完畢，如不立即投入運行，應妥善保存或重新包裝好，以防損 傷丟失7.6 如果發(fā)現(xiàn)產品包裝或本體嚴重損壞，請立即通知浙江廣天變壓器有限公司， 保護好產品直到問題得以解決。4. 倉儲保管8.1 需倉儲保管的產品，不應拆除包裝，如因驗收需拆包裝，驗收完畢后恢復包 裝。8.2 對需長期倉儲的產品，必須在庫房存放，庫房應清潔、干燥，不應同時儲存 活性化學藥品。8.3 所有產品不許堆碼8.4 短期戶外放置的產品不應拆除包裝，要用方木等物品墊好，墊高不小于100m m,并應防潮、防雨、防受損害或破壞。8.5倉儲最低溫度：-10C

10、.5. 產品安裝9.1 安裝前應認真閱讀本說明書,產品銘牌和產品外形尺寸圖,了解產品重量、 安裝要求、方法等內容,準備好相應的起吊設備和工具。9.2本產品安裝時，一般離開墻壁和其障礙物500mm,相應電抗器之間應有500mm 的距離。應保證良好通風。9.3 一般情況下,電抗器可直接放置在使用場地,安裝檢查完畢即可投入運行。 對于防震和其他特殊要求的情況, 安裝電抗器的地基應埋置螺栓, 螺栓位置應參 照電抗器外形尺寸圖,使之與電抗器安裝孔相應,通過埋地螺栓把電抗器固定, 螺母緊固后應采取防松措施。9.4 將電抗器底座上的接地螺栓與接地螺母排可靠連接。9.5將電抗器的出線端子與系統(tǒng)母線排相連接,連

11、接線應有一定的彈性余地。6. 運行前的檢查10.1 檢查電抗器相序是否與電網相序一致。10.2檢查所有緊固件,連接件是否松動,并重新緊固一次。10.3 檢查運輸時拆下的零部件是否重新安裝妥當,并檢查電抗器是否有異物存 在,如有過多的灰塵,須按 12.2條清理。10.4（串聯(lián)電抗器具有在 1 .35倍頻率額定電流下長期運行的能力, 但在通常情況下，串聯(lián)電抗器長期運行電流最好在 1.35倍額定電流以內。）7. 運行前的試驗11.1測量繞組的直流電阻11.2測量繞組電抗值11.3檢查電抗器箱體和鐵心是否已永久性接地。11.4線圈絕緣電阻的測試，一般情況下（溫度 20-30E，濕度三90%）:線圈-地

12、300MQ （10KV ）儀表：2500V兆歐表線圈-地1000M （35KV） 儀表：2500V兆歐表在比較潮濕的環(huán)境下，電抗器的絕緣電阻值會有所下降。一般的，若每 1000V 額定電壓，在其絕緣電阻值不小于 2MQ （一分鐘25E時的度數(shù)），就會滿足運 行要求。當不滿足上述條件或電抗器遭受異常潮濕發(fā)生凝露現(xiàn)象 （無論其絕緣電阻如 何），在其進行耐壓試驗或投入運行前，必須進行干燥處理。處理方法視現(xiàn)場條 件而定，最常用的方法是用電爐或紅外線燈（或其他加熱工具）烘烤，加熱體距 繞組半米左右并保持電抗器周圍的環(huán)境溫度在 60C-80C，直至滿足上述條件。11.5鐵心絕緣電阻的測試，一般情況下（溫度

13、 20-30r，濕度三90%）:鐵心-夾件及地5MQ儀表：2500V兆歐表穿心螺桿-鐵心及地5MQ 儀表：2500V兆歐表同樣，在比較潮濕的環(huán)境下，此值會下降，只要其阻值 0.1MQ即可運行。一般可通過干燥處理，使其達到要求。 11.6外施工頻耐壓試驗，試驗電壓為出廠試驗電壓的 85%。12.電抗器的維護為了保證電抗器能正常運行，需對它進行定期檢查和維護。 12.1一般在干燥清潔場所，每年或更長一點時間進行一次維護檢查，在其他場合， 例如可能會有灰塵或化學煙霧污染的空氣進入時， 每三至六個月進行一次維護檢 查。1 2 . 2檢查時，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有過多的灰塵聚集，則必須清除，以保證空氣流通和防止絕 緣

14、擊穿，特別注意清潔變壓器的絕緣子、絕緣墊塊等處，并使用干燥的壓縮空氣 （2-5個大氣壓）吹凈通風氣道中的灰塵。12.3檢查緊固件、連接件是否松動，導電零件或其他零部件有無生銹、腐蝕的痕 跡，還要觀察絕緣表面有無爬電痕跡和碳化現(xiàn)象， 必要時應采取相應的措施進行 處理。12.4電抗器運行若干年（建議 5年）后，可按 11.4條和 11.5條進行絕緣電阻的 測試來判斷電抗器能否繼續(xù)運行，一般無需進行其他測試。8. 安全注意事項 13.1電抗器安裝完畢投入運行前，對無外殼的電抗器，應在電抗器的周圍 1.5米 以外安裝隔離柵欄并在醒目處設置安全警告標志，以避免意外事故發(fā)生。 13.2電抗器投入運行以后，

Handling of products5.1Cranes, forklifts and other lifting equipment can be used as handling equipment, forklifts crashes the body and the bottom of the reactor core is strict

28、ly prohibit.Handling should be strictly abide by relevant state handling procedures, balanced lifting, handle with care to ensure the safety of persons and equipment, the bottom of the four corners of main crates sprayed with Lifting symbols (near sliding wooden chamfer ),hanging wire rope on the sk

If no crates or reactors lifted out in the box, all the rings should be used to lift (Figure 2).5.3All wire rope and hook should be able to withstand the lifting of the overall quality ,and the angle between the lifting wire ropes shall not be g

Product Transportation6.1The product must be maintained in the normal upright position during transport 6.2The products can be transported by trains, ships, automobiles or aircraft. Compartment, cabin and warehouses to shipping the products need to be kept clean, no gas or liquid p

31、ollutants, and do not put together with corrosive materials.6.3The product entrucking condition must conform to the requirements of the Transportation Regulation, and the product should be put firmly, shaking collision and slip phenomenon are not allowed during transport to prevent accidents.6.4Reac

Inspection and acceptanceThe reactor should be checked immediately a

34、fter received.7.1 Checking whether the nameplate corresponds to order contract t, such as the product model, rated capacity, rated voltage, reactance rate.7.2Checking if the factory files are complete7.3Checking if the parts and accessories are correspond to the packing list.7.4Check the product for

35、 any damage during transportation , inspect the product spare parts and accessoriesfor any damage or shift,whether the connection is loose or fracture, see if there is any insulation breakage , whether there is any dirt or foreign body, etc7.5After open-package inspection,the production should be pr

39、t Installation9.1Before installation read this manual carefully, product nameplate and the dimension drawings of the product , understanding product weight, installation requirements, methods, and other contents, prepare the corresponding lifting equipment and tools.9.2When the product is installed,

40、 500mm away from the walls and the obstructions, 500mm between the corresponding reactor.,ensure good ventilation.9.3Under normal circumstances, the reactor can be placed directly on the site and put into operation after installation and inspection,.For shock-proof and other special requirements,Fou

41、ndation to installation the reactor should be embedded bolts, the bolt position should reference reactors dimension drawing and corresponds with mounting holes ,fixing the reactor by buried bolt, some measures should be taken to prevent the loosing of nut after tightening.9.4Connecting the earth bol
