Article3:PriceandPaymentTerms

Article7:LimitationsonBuyer'sLiability

7.2TheBuyer'sliabilityforanybreachofthisContractshallbelimitedtothedirectdamagesactuallyincurredbythePrincipal,andshallnotincludeanyindirect,special,orconsequentialdamages.

Article8:GoverningLawandJurisdiction
