總說明
一、《廣東省城市軌道交通工程綜合定額》(以下簡稱本綜合定額)是在國家標
準《城市軌道交通工程工程量清單計算規范》(GB50861-2013)、《城市軌道交通工
程勞動定員定額》(GB/T19620~19623-2004)、《城市軌道交通工程預算定額》
(CGC103-2008)、《城市軌道交通工程概算定額》(CGC102-2011)及現行廣東省計
價依據的基礎上,結合我省實際,根據現行國家產品標準、設計規范和施工驗收規范、
質量評定標準、安全操作規程、綠色施工評價標準等編制的。
二、本綜合定額適用于全省行政區域內采用綠色施工標準新建、擴建和改建的城
市及城際軌道交通工程。
三、本綜合定額是我省城市軌道交通工程合理確定和有效控制工程造價、衡量工
程造價合理性的基礎,是編審設計概算、施工圖預算、招標控制價、竣工結算的依據,
是調解處理工程造價糾紛、鑒定工程造價的依據,也作為企業投標報價、加強內部管
理和核算的參考。
四、本綜合定額是完成單位工程量所需的人工、材料、機械、管理費等消耗量標
準,該消耗量標準是按正常的施工條件,目前我省建筑企業的施工機械裝備程度、合
理的施工工期、采用綠色施工標準的施工工藝、勞動組織為基礎綜合確定的,反映了
社會平均水平。
五、本綜合定額由《路基、圍護結構及地基處理工程》、《橋涵工程》、《隧道
工程》、《地下結構工程》和《軌道工程》共五冊組成,子目基價及其組項價格均不
包含增值稅可抵扣進項稅額。實際應用中,缺項定額應執行現行廣東省建設工程計價
依據及其相關規定。
六、本綜合定額各專業冊以專業工種劃分,按章、節、項目、子目排列,各冊均
有總說明、冊說明、工程量計算規則、章說明、分部分項工程項目、措施項目、其他
項目、規費、稅金、附錄,項目由工作內容和定額表格組成,有的加上必要的附注。
工作內容簡單扼要說明主要的施工工序,次要的工序雖未具體說明,但均已考慮在內。
七、關于人工費
1
1.本綜合定額的人工費是指直接從事施工作業的生產工人的薪酬,已經綜合考慮
了不同工種、不同技術等級等因素,內容包括工資性收入、社會保險費、住房公積金、
職工福利費、工會經費、職工教育經費及特殊情況下發生的工資等,其中:
(1)工資性收入:是指按計時工資標準和工作時間或對已工作按計件單價支付給
個人的勞動報酬;
(2)社會保險費:是指在社會保險基金的籌集過程當中,企業按照規定的數額和
期限向社會保險管理機構繳納的費用,包括基本養老保險費、基本醫療保險費、工傷
保險費、失業保險費和生育保險費;
(3)住房公積金:是指企業按規定標準為職工繳納的住房公積金;
(4)工會經費:是指企業按《工會法》規定的全部職工工資總額比例計提的工會
經費;
(5)職工教育經費:是指按職工工資總額的規定比例計提,企業為職工進行專業
技術和職業技能培訓,專業技術人員繼續教育、職工職業技能鑒定、職業資格認定以
及根據需要對職工進行各類文化教育所發生的費用;
(6)職工福利費:是指企業為職工提供的除職工工資性收入、職工教育經費、社
會保險費和住房公積金以外的福利待遇支出;
(7)特殊情況下支付的工資:是指根據國家法律、法規和政策規定,因病、婚喪
假、事假、探親假、定期休假、停工學習、執行國家或社會義務等原因按計時工資標
準或計時工資標準的一定比例支付的工資。
2.本綜合定額的人工每工日按8小時工作制計算,借工、時工每4小時內按半個
工日,4小時外8小時內按照一個工日計算。停工、窩工按日歷天計算。
3.本綜合定額人工費按照2017年廣東省建筑市場綜合水平取定,各時期各地區
的水平差異和幅度差可按各市發布的動態人工調整系數進行調整。
八、關于材料費
1.本綜合定額材料費是指工程施工過程中耗費的各種原材料、半成品、構配件的
費用,包括材料原價、運雜費、運輸損耗費和采購及保管費,其中
(1)材料原價:是指材料的出廠價格或商家供應價格;

(2)運雜費:是指材料自來源地運至工地或指定堆放地點所發生的包裝、捆扎、
運輸、裝卸等費用;
(3)運輸損耗費:是指材料在運輸裝卸過程中不可避免的損耗;
(4)采購及保管費:是指為組織采購和保管材料的過程中所需要的各項費用,包
括采購費、采購單位自檢費、倉儲及損耗費等。
2.本綜合定額中的材料消耗量已含成品、半成品、材料配料等施工及場內運輸過
程中合理的損耗消耗量,包括直接消耗在施工中的原材料、輔助材料、構配件、零件
和半成品等的費用和周轉使用材料的攤銷(或租賃)費用,并計入了相應損耗,其內
容和范圍包括從工地倉庫、現場集中堆放地點或現場加工地點到操作或安裝地點的運
輸損耗、施工操作損耗、施工現場堆放損耗。
3.用量很少,占材料費比重很小的零星材料未有詳細列出,已經合并考慮在其他
材料費內,除定額另有說明外不需要另行計算。
4.周轉性材料已按不同施工方法、不同材質按規定的周轉次數攤銷計入定額內。
5.本綜合定額的材料價格是按2017年全省綜合水平確定的,未注明單價的材料
均為未計價材料,基價中不包括其價格,應根據“[]”內所列的用量計算;子目表格
中帶()符號者,只作換算時使用;子目中帶[]符號者,表示未計價材料。
6.本綜合定額的材料按施工單位自行采購考慮。由建設單位供應的材料,也應計
入工程造價。建設單位采購、供應到現場或到施工單位指定地點的材料設備,由施工
單位負責保管的,單價5萬元以下的,施工單位可以按照材料設備價格的1.50%收取保
管費;單價5萬元以上的材料設備保管費經雙方協商約定計算。
7.由建設單位供應的材料,需按到工地價格乘以定額消耗量計算,結算時在含稅
工程造價中扣減保管費等相關費用后退還建設單位。
九、關于施工機具費
1.本綜合定額施工機具使用費是指施工作業所發生的施工機械、儀器儀表使用費,
其中施工機械使用費:是指施工機械作業發生的使用費,包括:
(1)折舊費:指施工機械在規定的耐用總臺班內,陸續收回其原值的費用;
(2)檢修費:指施工機械在規定的耐用總臺班內,按規定的檢修間隔進行必要的

檢修,以恢復其正常功能所需的費用;
(3)維護費:指施工機械在規定的耐用總臺班內,按規定的維修間隔進行各級維
護和臨時故障排除所需的費用。保障機械正常運轉所需替換設備與隨機配備工具附具
的攤銷費用、機械運轉及日常維護所需潤滑與擦拭的材料費用及機械停滯期間的維護
費用等;
(4)安拆費:安拆費指施工機械在現場進行安裝與拆卸所需的人工、材料、機械
和試運轉費用以及機械輔助設施的折舊、搭設、拆除等費用;
(5)機上人工費:指機上司機(司爐)和其他操作人員的工作日人工費及上述人
員在施工機械規定的年工作臺班以外的人工費;
(6)燃料動力費:指施工機械在運轉作業中所消耗的燃料及水、電等費用;
(7)其他費:指施工機械按照國家規定應繳納的車船稅、保險費及檢測費等。
施工儀器儀表使用費:是指工程施工所發生的儀器儀表使用費,包括:
(1)折舊費:指施工儀器儀表在耐用總臺班內,陸續收回其原值的費用;
(2)維護費:指施工儀器儀表各級維護、臨時故障排除所需的費用以及保證儀器
儀表正常使用所需備件(備品)的維護費用;
(3)校驗費:指按國家與地方政府規定的標定與檢驗費用;
(4)動力費:指施工儀器儀表在使用過程中所耗用的電費。
2.本綜合定額的施工機具臺班消耗量是按正常合理的施工機械、現場校驗儀器儀
表配備情況和大多數施工企業的裝備程度綜合取定。實際與定額不符時,除各章另有
說明者外,均不作調整。
3.凡單位價值在2000元以內,使用年限在兩年以內的不構成固定資產的工具用
具、儀表儀器等未進入綜合定額施工機具費內,但已計在綜合定額管理費內。
4.本綜合定額施工機具臺班單價是按2017年全省綜合水平確定的,每臺班按8
小時工作制計算。
十、關于管理費
1.本綜合定額管理費是指施工企業為完成承包工程而組織施工生產和經營管理所
發生的費用,包括:

(1)管理人員薪酬是指管理人員的人工費,內容同生產工人;
(2)辦公費是指企業管理辦公用的文具、紙張、帳表、印刷、郵電、通訊、書報、
宣傳、辦公軟件、現場監控、會議、水電、燒水和集體取暖降溫(包括現場臨時宿舍
取暖降溫)等費用;
(3)差旅交通費是指職工出差的差旅費、市內交通費和誤餐補助費,以及管理部
門使用的交通工具的油料、燃料、年檢等費用;
(4)施工單位進退場費是指施工單位根據建設任務需要,派遣生產人員和施工
機具設備從基地遷往工程所在地或從一個項目遷往另一個項目所發生的搬遷費。包括:
生產工人調遣的差旅費、調遣轉移期間的工資、行李運費,施工機械、工具、用具、
周轉性材料及其他施工裝備的搬運費用等;
(5)非生產性固定資產使用費是指管理和試驗部門及附屬生產單位使用的屬于非
生產性固定資產的房屋、車輛、設備、儀器等的折舊、大修、維修或租賃費;
(6)工具用具使用費是指企業施工生產和管理使用的不屬于固定資產的工具、器
具、家具、交通工具和檢驗、試驗、測繪等的購置、維修和攤銷費;
(7)勞動保護費是企業按規定發放的勞動保護用品的支出。如工作服、手套、防
暑降溫飲料以及在有礙身體健康的環境中施工的保健費用等;
(8)財務費是指企業為施工生產籌集資金或提供預付款擔保、履約擔保、職工工
資支付擔保等所發生的各種費用;
(9)稅金是指企業按規定繳納的房產稅、非生產性車船使用稅、土地使用稅、印
花稅、消費稅、資源稅、環境保護稅、城市維護建設稅、教育費附加、地方教育附加
等各項稅費;
(10)其他管理性的費用包括技術轉讓費、技術開發費、投標費、業務招待費、
綠化費、廣告費、公證費、法律顧問費、審計費、咨詢費、保險費、工程排污費、勞
動力招募費、企業定額編制費、遠程視頻監控費、信息化購置運維費等。
2.本綜合定額的管理費是根據我省軌道交通施工企業為組織施工生產和經營管理
所發生的費用綜合測定的。
3.管理費以“人工費+施工機具費”為計算基數,按不同費率計算并已列入各章

相應項目中,實際執行時應隨人工、機械等價格變動而調整,各冊管理費費率見附錄。
4.借工、時工的管理費不分工種和技術等級,統一按20.00元/工日執行,停工、
窩工的管理費按10.00元/工日執行。
十一、若以初步設計文件依照本定額工程量計算規則計算工程量,結合本綜合定
額編制概算造價,應在其他項目中計取概算幅度差。
十二、本綜合定額未包括依據國家有關法律、法規和工程建設強制性標準,對地
基基礎工程(含樁基礎)、橋涵工程、隧道工程、地下混凝土結構、鋼結構等工程材
料抽樣檢驗費用以及橋梁及地基基礎工程(含樁基礎)動、靜載試驗等檢測費用。
十三、遇有兩個或兩個以上系數時,按連乘法計算。
十四、除另有說明外,本綜合定額凡注明“×××以內或×××以下”均包括“×
××”本身;注明“×××以外”或“×××以上”的,則不包括“××”本身。
十五、本綜合定額中未注明或省略的尺寸單位,均為“mm”。
十六、本綜合定額的解釋、補充、修改、勘誤等管理工作,由廣東省建設工程標
準定額站負責。在執行過程中出現的問題,按項目隸屬關系由各級工程造價管理機構
根據本定額的有關規定處理;經市工程造價管理機構處理后仍有爭議者,可向廣東省
建設工程標準定額站申請解釋。
十七、未盡事宜,詳見各冊內容。

冊說明
一、《廣東省城市軌道交通工程綜合定額》第二冊“橋涵工程”(以下簡稱本冊定額),
內容包括:打樁工程、成孔灌注樁工程、砌筑工程、鋼筋工程、現澆混凝土工程、預制混
凝土工程、安裝工程、鋼結構工程、模板工程、支架工程、圍堰工程等。
二、本冊定額適用范圍:適用于城市軌道交通項目的單跨100m以內的橋梁工程,各種
板涵、拱涵工程,穿越道路及鐵路的箱涵預制頂進等工程。
三、本冊定額的主要編制依據:
1.《地鐵設計規范》(GB50157-2013);
2.《地下鐵道工程施工及驗收規范(2003版)》(GB50299-1999);
3.《城市橋梁工程施工與質量驗收規范》CJJ2-2008;
4.《鋼筋焊接及驗收規程》JGJ18-2012;
5.《建設工程工程量清單計價規范》(GB50500-2013);
6.《城市軌道交通工程工程量計算規范》(GB50861-2013);
7.《城市軌道交通工程預算定額》(GCG103-2008);
8.《市政工程消耗量定額》(ZYA1-31-2015);

四、本冊中均未包括各類操作腳手架,發生時按第四冊《地下結構工程》相應子目執
行。
五、施工便橋和臨時支墩按實際發生或經批準的施工組織設計方案列入措施項目計算。
六、本冊定額河道水深取定為3m,若水深>3m時,超過部分增加的費用可另行計算。
七、未盡事宜見本冊定額各章說明。

第一部分
分部分項工程項目
M.1
打樁工程
說明
一、本章定額包括預制混凝土樁、鋼管樁、微型樁、砂石灌注樁、鋼板樁等。
二、一般說明
1.打(壓)預制混凝土樁、打(壓)鋼管樁未包括接樁,接樁按相應定額子目另行計算。
2.定額不包括清除地下障礙物,若發生時按實計算。
3.打(壓)試驗樁套用相應打(壓)樁定額子目,人工、機械臺班消耗量乘以系數2.00。
4.本章打樁工程均按打直樁考慮,如設計斜樁(包括俯打、仰打)斜率在1∶6以內時
按相應定額子目人工、機械乘以系數1.35。
5.陸上、支架上、船上打樁子目中均未包括樁的場外運輸費。
6.打拔樁土質類別按綜合土類考慮。
7.船上打樁項目按兩艘船只拼搭、捆綁考慮。
8.定額已綜合考慮了土壤類別、機械類別和性能。
三、預制混凝土樁
1.送樁和打樁應分別計算,送樁工程量按送樁長度計算,送樁長度按打樁機架底至樁
頂面或自樁頂面至自然地坪面另加0.5m計算,套用相應打(壓)樁定額子目,并按照下述規
定調整消耗量。
(1)預制混凝土樁送樁,人工及機械臺班消耗量乘以系數1.20。
(2)鋼管樁送樁,人工、機械臺班消耗量乘以系數1.50。
2.有計算送樁的打(壓)預制混凝土樁項目,定額子目樁消耗量103.8m調整為101m。
3.預制方樁接樁設計鋼材用量與定額不同時,可作調整。
4.預制混凝土樁定額子目按購入成品構件考慮。
5.現場預制混凝土方樁或板樁的,按相應定額子目含量套本冊定額M.6預制混凝土工
程預制方樁或板樁定額子目,扣除打預制方樁或板樁定額子目中預制混凝土方樁或板樁消
耗量,其他不變。方樁或板樁的構件運輸適用于在預制加工場制作運至施工現場。
四、鋼管樁
鋼管樁定額按成品考慮,不含防腐處理費用,如發生時可根據實際要求按實計算。
五、微型樁

1.微型樁鋼管埋設設計材質、規格與定額不同時,可作調整。
2.微型樁定額子目按樁底注漿考慮,如設計采用側向注漿,則人工和機械乘以系數
1.10。
六、鋼板樁
1.定額中所指的水上作業,是以距岸線1.5m以外或者水深在2m以上的打拔樁。距岸線
1.5m以內時,水深在1m以內者,按陸上作業考慮。如水深在1m以上2m以內者,其工程量則

4.鋼板樁按密打計算,如設計要求疏打時,按相應定額子目人工乘以系數1.05。
5.豎、拆0.6t柴油打樁機架按本冊定額M.10相應子目執行。
6.鋼板樁的防腐費用等,已包括在其他材料費用中。
7.打拔槽型鋼板樁、水上工作平臺打拔拉森鋼板樁子目(除陸上打拔拉森鋼板樁子目
外)已包含支撐安拆,鋼板樁支撐不得另行計算。
8.打鋼板樁定額子目按主材攤銷量綜合考慮,如租賃鋼板樁,租賃費用按每噸每月310
元(除稅價,含運費)參考使用,租賃總費用不超過鋼板樁主材新購總費用的2/3,同時,
套用打鋼板樁定額子目時,按每10t鋼板樁的主材消耗量為0.1t進行換算,其他不變。
七、所有樁的長度,除另有規定外,預算按設計長度;結算按實際入土樁的長度(單
獨制作的樁尖除外)計算,超出地面的樁長度不得計算。

工程量計算規則
一、打(壓)預制混凝土方樁、打預制混凝土板樁、打(壓)預制混凝土管樁工程量,
按設計樁長(包括樁尖)以“m”計算。
二、鋼樁尖制作工程量,按設計圖示尺寸以“t”計算,不扣除孔眼(0.04㎡內)、切
邊、切肢的質量,焊條、鉚釘、螺栓等不另增加質量,不規則或多邊形鋼板以其外接矩形
面積乘以厚度的單位理論質量以“t”計算。
三、預制混凝土樁接樁工程量,按設計圖示接頭數量以“個”計算。
四、預制混凝土管樁填芯工程量,按設計長度乘以管內截面積以“m3”計算。
五、打(壓)鋼管樁工程量,按入土長度的理論質量以“t”計算。
六、鋼管樁接樁工程量,按設計圖示接頭數量以“個”計算。
七、鋼管樁內切割工程量,按設計圖示數量以“根”計算。
八、鋼管樁精割蓋帽工程量,按設計圖示數量以“個”計算。
九、鋼管樁管內鉆孔取土工程量,按設計圖示尺寸以“m3”計算。
十、鋼管樁填芯工程量,按設計長度乘以管內截面積以“m3”計算。
十一、壓力灌漿微型樁、鉆孔灌注微型樁工程量,按設計樁長(包括樁尖)以“m”計
算。
十二、微型樁鋼管埋設工程量按打樁前的自然地坪標高至設計樁底標高另加0.5m計算。
十三、砂石灌注樁工程量,按設計樁長(包括樁尖)乘以設計樁截面面積以“m3”計
算。
十四、打拔鋼板樁按設計圖示入土深度(即從自然地面至樁底深度)以“t”計算。
十五、拉森鋼板樁支撐工程量計算,寬度在4m以內的按設計管道長度以“m”計算;寬
度在4m以外的按施工組織設計支撐質量以“t”計算。
十六、鋼板樁接頭按施工組織設計數量以“個”計算。
