常規工作課堂數學展示活動總結

summary)
學校的教學工作要想有一個長足的發展,沒有一支過硬的教師隊伍是
不行的;而要使教學經驗相對欠缺的教師盡快成長,就必須有骨干教
師的引領。本學期,根據學校教師的構成情況,學校延續“薪火相傳、
同伴互助”系列活動。共有6位青年教師與6位教學經驗豐富的老教
師結為師徒。徒弟和師傅同時承擔同學科教學工作,工作內容和工作
性質比較相似,這樣安排的目的是希望在平時教育教學工作中,師徒
雙方能夠做到一起研究教材和教法,共同商討問題,為隨時交流提供
可能。在學校的統一安排下,師徒雙方明確了各自的職責和任務,便
于整個幫扶工作的順利進行。(IftheschooTsteachingworkwants

samesubjectatthesametime.Theworkcontentandnatureof
theworkarerelativelysimilar.Thepurposeofthis
arrangementistohopethatintheusualeducationandteaching
work,bothmastersandapprenticescanstudytextbooksand
teachingmethodstogetheranddiscussissuestogether.
Communicationispossible.Undertheunifiedarrangementofthe
school,boththemasterandapprenticeclarifiedtheir
respectiveresponsibilitiesandtasks,whichfacilitatedthe
smoothprogressoftheentireassistancework.)

為了了解新教師的日常工作情況,以便于及時的幫助他們解決遇到的
困難和問題,學校制定了常規工作跟蹤制度,要求師傅對徒弟的備課、
上課、作業及其聽評課等方面給予關注和指導,無論從數量、質量還
是改進的地方都要細致地了解并且提出合理的建議,以幫助這些新手
教師能盡快勝任教育教學崗位,在日常工作中能規范操作,保證教學
工作的順利完成,也使他們盡快成長起來。從收交回來的跟蹤表可以
看到各位新教師成長的足跡,看到了師傅幫助他們的點點滴滴,確實
為她們的成長起到了促進作用。(Inordertounderstandthedaily

二、課堂教學展示(2.Classroomteachingdisplay)
學期臨近結束,為了了解帶教工作的成效,在本月21日到23日,我
們舉行了新教師課堂教學展示活動。共6節課,分別是語文2節(王
星星、田媛)、數學1節(趙飛霞)、英語一節(張敬敏)、音樂一節
(李寧)、體育一節(張愷)。這是他們日常工作積淀的一次集中體現,
也是學校督促檢測帶教活動成果的一次重要依據。(Thesemesteris

在本次活動中,教學部門的人員以及各學科特約評委全程參與了講課
說課、評課活動。程序如下:首先是課堂教學,然后結合實際教學進
行說課,最后與所有聽課人員進行教研。(Inthisevent,thestaff

自通知下發后,各位教師認真備課,精心選課題,做到以新課標為綱,
查閱各類資料,向師傅和同組的教師請教,制定出切實適合自己的教
學設計,有的老師犧牲休息時間,晚上加班加點備課,制作課件,為
設計一個教學環節不知請教了幾位教師,不知花費了幾個晚上的時
間,講課前在本年級進行了多次試講,不斷地修改教學設計,做了一
系列大量工作,各年級的老師也積極配合他們進行試講。這種虛心好
學、刻苦鉆研的精神值得稱贊。上完課后有關人員與新教師面對面進
行教研,大家認真負責,教研氛圍濃,所有評課教師都以科學、公正,
以對自己對執教人負責的態度,既肯定優點又指出不足,毫無保留地
談出自己的看法和見解,值得發揚。不僅是青年教師得到鍛煉,凡參
與本次活動的教師均有所提升,這是此次活動的根本目的。(Since

seriousandresponsible,andtheteachingandresearch
atmosphereisstrong.Alltheteacherswhoevaluatetheclass
arescientificandfair,andtaketheattitudeofbeing
responsibletothecoaches.Theybothaffirmtheadvantagesand
pointouttheshortcomings.Discussyouropinionsandopinions
reservedly,whichareworthyofpromotion.Notonlyareyoung
teacherstrained,butallteachersparticipatinginthis
activityhavebeenpromoted.Thisisthefundamentalpurpose
ofthisactivity.)
2、成長足跡:(2.Growthfootprint:)
在課堂教學中,我們看到了這幾位青年教師的基本功日益扎實,這并
不是一節課就可以練就的,而是平時點點滴滴的積累。(Inthe

youngteachersarebecomingmoreandmoresolid.Thisisnot
somethingthatcanbelearnedinonelesson,butabitof
accumulation.)
可喜的看到他(她)們駕馭課堂,把握教材能力都有所提升,能圍繞
目標選擇有效的教學策略展開教學。并且都恰當地運用現代化教學媒
體,制作了課件輔助教學,收到較好效果,如田媛、李寧、張敬敏的
多媒體課件都能在教學中發揮很好的輔助作用。兩位語文教師都重視
朗讀教學,放手讓學生讀,通過多種形式的讀解讀文本。田媛老師語
言干練,注重語言文字訓練,能把工具性和人文性有機統一。數學教
師趙飛霞課前布置做鐘表的作業,課上注重讓學生結合生活情境認
識、體驗時間。學生通過動腦、動手、動口來探究知識。英語教師張
敬敏注重了學生聽和跟讀的訓練,變換不同的練習形式激發學生學習
的興趣,各種指令運用嫻熟,儼然是一位經驗豐富的教師。體育教師
張愷注重了整體的調控,體現了邊教邊練邊反饋的教學思路,教師示
范規范、準確,使每個學生都有收獲。音樂教師李寧注重了學生對樂
曲欣賞能力的培養,在感受音樂中學會演唱。而且特別強調對歌曲情
感的把握,學習氣氛輕松愉悅,最后還鼓勵孩子們自己創編歌詞。(It

studentsread,andinterpretthetextthroughvariousformsof
reading.TeacherTianYuanisproficientinlanguage,pays
attentiontolanguagetraining,andcanorganicallyunify
instrumentalityandhumanity.MathematicsteacherZhaoFeixia
arrangedhomeworkforclocksandwatchesbeforeclass.Inclass,
studentsfocusedonunderstandingandexperiencingtimein
combinationwithlifesituations.Studentsexploreknowledge
byusingtheirbrains,hands,andmouths.EnglishteacherZhang
Jingminpaysattentiontothetrainingofstudents'listening
andfollow-upreading,changingdifferentformsofexercises
tostimulatestudents,interestinlearning,andisskilledin
usingvariousinstructions,asifheisanexperiencedteacher.
PhysicaleducationteacherZhangKaipaysattentiontothe
overallcontrol,whichembodiestheteachingthinkingof
teachingwhilepracticingwhilegivingfeedback.Theteacher
demonstratesnormsandaccuracy,sothateverystudenthasa
harvest.MusicteacherLiNingpaysattentiontothe
cultivationofstudents,abilitytoappreciatemusic,and
learnstosingwhileexperiencingmusic.Italsoemphasizesthe
graspoftheemotionofthesong,thelearningatmosphereis
relaxedandhappy,andfinallyencouragesthechildrento
createtheirownlyrics.)
3.不足之處:(3.Shortcomings:)
當然,通過課堂展示也暴露了一些問題。例如教材挖掘不夠或者太深,
教學目標把握不到位;創新意識不強,學生“自主、合作、探究”學
習方式不能充分體現,教師講的多,學生動腦、動口、動手少;學生
參與意識不強,上課注意力不集中,不投入;教師不能做到關注全體
學生,忽視了師生互動;課堂的預設與生成處理欠妥當,不能很好的
抓住課堂生成的教學資源等等。我們不回避問題,在教研時都面對面
提出了每個人存在的不足和今后努力的方向。(Ofcourse,some

teacher-studentinteraction;classroompresetsandgeneration
arenotproperlyhandled,andtheycannotwellgraspthe
teachingresourcesgeneratedintheclassroom.Wedonotevade
problems,andputforwardeachperson,sshortcomingsandthe
directionoffutureeffortsface-to-faceduringteachingand
research.)
三、進一步思考:(3.Furtherthinking:)
講課結束了,但師徒共進的主要目的并不是在于一節公開課的展示,
而最重要的在于師徒之間的隨時交流與切磋。所以,我們的思考還要

1.作為指導教師,傳什么、幫什么、帶什么。根據青年教師和教育教
學實際需要,指導教師一要帶德,二要帶才,三要帶教,四要帶研。

作。要多聽課、多思考、多改進,要處理好繼承與發展的關系,對指
導教師的工作不能照搬照抄,要學會揚棄,在繼承老教師豐富教學經
驗的基礎上,根據自己條件創造性實施教育教學,逐步形成自己的教
學思路、教學特色和教學風格,努力追求自身教學的高品位。(2.As

3.不足之處:(3.Shortcomings:)
當然,通過課堂展示也暴露了一些問題。例如教材挖掘不夠或者太深,
教學目標把握不到位;創新意識不強,學生“自主、合作、探究”學
習方式不能充分體現,教師講的多,學生動腦、動口、動手少;學生
參與意識不強,上課注意力不集中,不投入;教師不能做到關注全體
學生,忽視了師生互動;課堂的預設與生成處理欠妥當,不能很好的
抓住課堂生成的教學資源等等。我們不回避問題,在教研時都面對面
提出了每個人存在的不足和今后努力的方向。(Ofcourse,some

三、進一一步思考:(3.Furtherthinking:)
講課結束了,但師徒共進的主要目的并不是在于一節公開課的展示,
而最重要的在于師徒之間的隨時交流與切磋。所以,我們的思考還要

1.作為指導教師,傳什么、幫什么、帶什么。根據青年教師和教育教
學實際需要,指導教師一要帶德,二要帶才,三要帶教,四要帶研。

作。要多聽課、多思考、多改進,要處理好繼承與發展的關系,對指
導教師的工作不能照搬照抄,要學會揚棄,在繼承老教師豐富教學經
驗的基礎上,根據自己條件創造性實施教育教學,逐步形成自己的教
學思路、教學特色和教學風格,努力追求自身教學的高品位。(2.As

學校的教學工作要想有一個長足的發展,沒有一支過硬的教師隊伍是
不行的;而要使教學經驗相對欠缺的教師盡快成長,就必須有骨干教
師的引領。本學期,根據學校教師的構成情況,學校延續“薪火相傳、
同伴互助”系列活動。共有6位青年教師與6位教學經驗豐富的老教
師結為師徒。徒弟和師傅同時承擔同學科教學工作,工作內容和工作
性質比較相似,這樣安排的目的是希望在平時教育教學工作中,師徒
雙方能夠做到一起研究教材和教法,共同商討問題,為隨時交流提供
可能。在學校的統一安排下,師徒雙方明確了各自的職責和任務,便
于整個幫扶工作的順利進行。(IftheschooTsteachingworkwants

arrangementistohopethatintheusualeducationandteaching
work,bothmastersandapprenticescanstudytextbooksand
teachingmethodstogetheranddiscussissuestogether.

為了了解新教師的日常工作情況,以便于及時的幫助他們解決遇到的
困難和問題,學校制定了常規工作跟蹤制度,要求師傅對徒弟的備課、
上課、作業及其聽評課等方面給予關注和指導,無論從數量、質量還
是改進的地方都要細致地了解并且提出合理的建議,以幫助這些新手
教師能盡快勝任教育教學崗位,在日常工作中能規范操作,保證教學
工作的順利完成,也使他們盡快成長起來。從收交回來的跟蹤表可以
看到各位新教師成長的足跡,看到了師傅幫助他們的點點滴滴,確實
為她們的成長起到了促進作用。(Inordertounderstandthedaily
