cesAllnoticesrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedeffectiveupondeliveryifhandedpersonally,upondepositintheUnitedStatesmail,oruponconfirmationoftransmissionifsentbyemailorfacsimile.14.CounterpartsThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallcon
