zSTATIONREPAIRYARD主講人:余建勇Lecturer:YuJianyong站修作業(yè)場StationRepairWorkshop鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院車輛運用與管理ApplicationandManagementofRailwayVehicle站修作業(yè)場設置及分類Settingupandcategorizationofstationrepairworkshops站修作業(yè)場設備、設施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures目錄CONTENCTS一二三一、站修作業(yè)場設置及分類Settingupandcategorizationofstationrepairworkshops鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院站修作業(yè)場設在有列檢作業(yè)場的車場或站區(qū),其位置便于取送鐵路貨車,根據(jù)設置地點、檢修范圍、檢修能力、工裝配置等條件,分為特級、一級、二級站修作業(yè)場,主要負責對鐵路貨車進行輔修和臨修。Therepairstationyardisgenerallylocatedintheyardorstationareawithalistofinspectionyards,anditslocationisconvenientfortakingandsendingrailwaytransportcars.Accordingtothesettinglocation,maintenancescope,maintenancecapacity,toolingconfigurationandotherconditions,itcanbedividedintospecialgrade,firstgradeandsecondgraderepairstationyard.Primarilyresponsibleforperformingauxiliaryandprovisionalrepairsonrailroadfreightcars.二、站修作業(yè)場設備、設施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院站修作業(yè)場生產(chǎn)設施包括待檢修車存放線、輪軸存放線、檢修線、修車庫(棚)、空壓機室、材料庫、辦公室、資料室,應集中鋪設動力電源線、電焊專用回路線、風管路,并有給排水、照明、電話、無線對講等,同時檢修線路與車站相臨線路間距不小于8000mm。Stationrepairworkshopproductionfacilitiesincludingtobeoverhauledcarstorageline,axlestorageline,repairline,repairgarage(shed),aircompressorroom,materialstorage,office,dataroom,shouldbecentrallypavedpowerlines,weldingspecialreturnline,airducts,andwatersupplyanddrainage,lighting,telephone,wirelessintercom,etc.,andatthesametime,themaintenancelineandthestationadjacentlinespacingisnotlessthan8000mm.鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院二、站修作業(yè)場設備、設施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities重車架車機

車體整形機微機控制單車試驗器移動式鉤緩拆裝機橋式起重設備、重車架車機、移動式車體整形設備、微機控制單車試驗器、移動式鉤緩拆裝設備、滾動軸承轉動檢查裝置等Intermsofequipmentconfiguration,itisequippedwithbridgecraneequipment,heavyframemachine,mobilebodyshapingequipment,microcomputercontrolledsinglevehicletester,mobilehookslowdismountingequipment,rollingbearingrotationinspectiondevice,etc.站修作業(yè)場工裝設備的基本配置:BasicConfigurationofWorkshopEquipmentforStationRepairOperationsYard:鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures站修修車作業(yè)程序鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院(一)入線預檢pre-inspection(1)(4)(2)(3)使用便攜式標簽讀出器逐輛讀取標簽內存信息,核對車種、車型、車號和定檢標記等信息須與現(xiàn)車一致,同時對超出站修作業(yè)場檢修范圍及能力的車輛進行記錄,并通知調度員確認。Theportablelabelreadershouldbeusedtoreadthelabelmemoryinformationonebyone,checkthetypeofvehicle,model,vehiclenumberandinspectionmarkandotherinformationmustbeconsistentwiththecurrentvehicle,andrecordthevehiclesbeyondthescopeandcapacityoftherepairstationoperationfield,andnotifythedispatchertoconfirm.核對“車輛檢修通知書(車統(tǒng)—23)”列檢扣修故障信息,對故障信息與現(xiàn)車不符的車輛進行記錄,并通知調度員確認。Checktheinspectionandrepairfaultinformationlistedinthe"VehicleRepairNotice(trainsystem23)",recordthevehicleswhosefaultinformationdoesnotmatchthecurrentvehicle,andnotifythedispatchertoconfirm.按全面檢查質量標準對入線檢修車輛可視部位進行檢查,核查5T預報信息,并對檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的故障在車體對應部位進行標識,同時標注故障處理方法:焊修、調修、鉚接、緊固、切除、挖補、補強、更換等。Inspectthevisiblepartsofthein-lineinspectionvehiclesaccordingtothecomprehensiveinspectionqualitystandards,verifythefiveTforecastinformation,andidentifythefaultsfoundintheinspectioninthecorrespondingpartsofthevehiclebody,andmarkthetroubleshootingmethods:Welding,adjusting,riveting,fastening,removing,gouging,reinforcing,replacing,etc.對較大的車輛故障提出修理方案。Proposerepairplansformajorvehiclefailures.三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院入線車預檢記錄Pre-inspectionRecordoflineentry2021年03月12日上午順號股道車型車號修程前次定檢主要故障施修方案廠段輔軸12C701638477L10.03眉廠14.03沈蘇//2位下側門破損200*100mm更換

三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院(二)開工前會檢pre-constructionconference2.開工前由調度員主持,作業(yè)場主任、技術員、各工長、安全員、質量檢查員、預檢員及驗收員參加,由預檢員提出當日入線車的修程概況和需要會檢的車輛,對較大的車輛故障確定修理方案。Priortothestartofthework,chairedbythedispatcherandattendedbythedirectoroftheoperatingyard,thetechnician,eachforeman,thesafetyofficer,thequalityinspector,thepre-inspectorandtheinspector,thepre-inspectorwillpresentanoverviewoftherepairprocessoftheday'sentryintothelineofvehiclesandthevehiclesthatneedtobeexaminedinthemeeting,andwilldeterminetherepairprogramofthelargervehiclefailures.會檢內容分為兩種Therearetwokindsofinspections1.由調度員組織作業(yè)場主任、技術員、安全員、預檢員,對超出檢修范圍及能力或列檢扣修故障信息與現(xiàn)車不符的車輛進行鑒定,確定處置方案。Thedispatcherorganizesthedirectoroftheoperatingyard,technicians,safetyofficers,andpre-inspectorstoidentifyvehiclesthatarebeyondthescopeandcapabilityofoverhaulorlistedforinspectionandwithholdingrepairoffaultinformationthatisinconsistentwiththecurrentvehicle,andtodeterminethedispositionplan.三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院站修修車作業(yè)計劃表單位:

編制:根據(jù)入線的臨修、輔修車的狀況確定修車方案,由調度員負責編制站修車作業(yè)計劃,作業(yè)場主任確認后組織各班組實施,并報車輛段調度。Thedispatcherdeterminestherepairplanaccordingtotheconditionoftheincomingtemporaryrepairandauxiliaryrepairvehicles,andpreparestherepairoperationplanofthestation,whichissubmittedtothedirectorofthefieldforconfirmationandthenorganizestheimplementationofeachteamandreportstothedepotfordispatching.制定日修車作業(yè)計劃1(三)制定和實施日修車作業(yè)計劃Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院工作者按修車作業(yè)計劃、修程、作業(yè)范圍及檢修要求修理,將鐵路貨車的修理情況分別填寫在“貨車站修車檢修記錄單(車統(tǒng)—22D)”的相應項目欄內,簽名或蓋章后錄入HMIS站修子系統(tǒng)。Theworkershallrepairthevehicleaccordingtotherepairoperationplan,repairprocess,operationscopeandmaintenancerequirements,fillintherepairandmaintenancerecordsheetofthetruckstation,andinputtherepairsubsystemoftheHMISstationaftersigningorstamping.實施日修車作業(yè)計劃2三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和實施日修車作業(yè)計劃Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院工作者全面檢查和維修后在車輛交驗標識欄處使用白色粉筆畫“人”字標識,向工長交車;Afterathoroughinspectionandrepair,theworkerdrawsa"man"markinginwhitechalkonthevehiclehandovermarkingbarandhandsoverthevehicletotheforeman;工長在現(xiàn)場盯控、檢查中見到白色“人”字標識后,對施修部位進行檢查確認,無故障后在車輛“人”字標識下方使用黃色粉筆畫“—”字標識,向質量檢查員交檢;Afterseeingthewhite"man"markintheon-sitecontrolandinspection,theforemanwillcheckandconfirmtherepairpartsanduseyellowchalktodrawthe"-"markunderthe"man"markonthevehiclewithoutanyfaults,andhandoverthemarktothequalityinspectorforinspection;質量檢查員在作業(yè)過程盯控中見到工長的交檢標記后,對車輛進行全面檢查,無故障后使用藍色粉筆在工長交驗標記下方畫“口”字標識,形成“合”字標識,向驗收員交驗;Qualityinspectorintheprocessofoperationcontroltoseetheforeman'shandovermark,acomprehensiveinspectionofthevehicle,nofaultsaftertheuseofbluechalkintheforeman'shandovermarkbelowthe"mouth"mark,theformationoftheword"together"mark,totheacceptanceoftheacceptanceoftheinspector;驗收員在質量監(jiān)督檢查中見到質量檢查員交驗標識后,對車輛進行驗收檢查,無故障后使用紅色粉筆在“合”字標識外畫“○”標識,車輛修竣完畢。Acceptanceinspectorinthequalitysupervisionandinspectiontoseethequalityinspectorafterthehandoverofthelogo,thevehicleacceptanceinspection,nofaultsaftertheuseofredchalkintheword"together"logooutsidethe"○"logo,thevehiclerepairiscompleted.竣工檢查驗收Completioninspectionandacceptance3站修作業(yè)場在對臨修車檢查施修過程中需執(zhí)行“三檢一驗”質量檢驗制度。Thequalityinspectionsystemof"threeinspectionsandoneinspection"shouldbeimplementedintheprocessofinspectionandrepairoftemporaryrepairvehicles.三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和實施日修車作業(yè)計劃Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院檢修標記涂打Inspectionmarkingsapplied4(1)零部件檢修標記Partsoverhaulmarkings三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和實施日修車作業(yè)計劃Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院4(2)臨修、輔修標記Prospective,minormarking三、站修修車作業(yè)程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和實施日修車作業(yè)計劃Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan檢修標記涂打Inspectionmarkingsapplied鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院【拓展知識】站修責任事故案例[ExpandedKnowledge]StationRepairLiabilityAccidentCases事故概況Overviewoftheaccident案例一:基礎制動裝置配件安裝位置錯誤導致車輛抱閘Case1:Vehiclelockingduetoincorrectinstallationpositionofbasebrakefitting該車制動缸推桿組裝圓銷和閘調器控制杠桿支點組裝圓銷之間的連接板組裝錯位。Thevehiclehasamisalignedassemblyoftheconnectingplatebetweentheroundpinofthebrakecylinderpushrodassemblyandtheroundpinofthegateadjustercontrolleverpivotassembly.一是段修單位檢修工藝標準不落實造成配件錯裝,質檢、驗收未及時發(fā)現(xiàn)故障;二是臨修單位故障處理不到位,漏檢配件錯裝故障;三是列檢人員不掌握配件的正確安裝位置,現(xiàn)場作業(yè)未發(fā)現(xiàn)配件錯裝問題。First,thesectionrepairunitoverhaulprocessstandardsarenotimplementedresultinginmisinstallationoffittings,qualitycontrol,acceptanceinspectiondidnotfindfaultsinatimelymanner;Second,thefailureoftherepairunitfaulthandlingisnotinplace,omissionofinspectionfittingsmisinstallationfault;Third,thelistofinspectorsdonotgraspthecorrectinstallationlocationofthefittings,thefieldoperationdidnotfindthemisinstallationofthefittingsproblem.2013年4月11日CD10811次貨物列車(編組46輛)運行至北京局京九線棗強站至大營鎮(zhèn)站K304+407m處,因機后8位P62NK3318497基礎制動裝置配件安裝位置錯誤導致車輛抱閘,構成鐵路交通一般D類事故(D10)。OnApril11,2013CD10811cargotrain(formation46cars)runningtotheBeijingBureauBeijing-KowloonlineZaoqiangstationtoDayingzhenstationK304+407m,duetotherearofthemachine8positionP62NK3318497basebrakedeviceaccessoriesinstalledinthewrongpositionledtothevehicleholdingthebrake,constitutingarailroadtrafficgeneralDaccident(D10).事故原因Causeoftheaccident事故教訓Lessonsfromaccidents鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術學院案例二:地板破損導致甩車Case2:Brokenfloorboardsleadtodumping車輛臨修質量不高,臨修后仍然有地板破損;野蠻裝車對地板造成進一步損壞。Theaccidentisthatthequalityoftemporaryrepairofthevehicleisnothigh,andthefloorisstilldamagedaftertemporaryrepair.Roughloadingcausedfurtherdamagetothefloor.一是臨修質量卡控不到位;二是違規(guī)野蠻裝卸問題突出且造成車輛損壞問題后隱瞞不報;三是車務部門對裝車過程未進行監(jiān)控。First,thequalitycardcontroloftemporaryrepairisnotinplace;Second,theproblemofillegalandbrutalhandlingisprominentandtheproblemofvehicledamageisconcealed;Third,thevehicledepartmentdidnotmonitortheloadingprocess.2016年4月26日4時02分,79043次貨物列車(編組45輛)運行至烏魯木齊局南疆線庫爾勒站內,因機后28位P703800445地板破損570x400mm甩車處理,構成鐵路交通一般D類事故(D10)。Attwopastfouro’clockon
