測量諧振筒密度計法

1范圍

本文件規定了通過諧振筒密度計直接測量罐內油品密度對準確度、測量條件和測量方法的一般要

求,并按便攜式電子密度計和油罐自動密度計兩種設備形式規定了測量步驟和/或安裝要求以及校準和

檢驗方法。

本文件適用于常壓罐內雷德蒸氣壓小于100kPa并具有足夠流動性的單相液體石油及其產品,其他

符合要求的類似產品參照執行。

本文件適用于在庫存和交接計量中測量密度。

本文件不適用于在帶壓罐和冷凍罐內測量密度。

注1:對可測量密度的多功能電子計量裝置,當基于諧振筒密度計的相同原理時,密度測量部分等同于諧振筒

密度計。

注2:諧振筒密度計一般適用于未結蠟的低黏度液體石油產品,對于黏稠的液體原油和石油產品,如原油、潤滑油

和殘渣燃料油等,可能難以使用。制造商通常在使用手冊上給出了其適用液體的最大黏度。
