onalstandards.檢查數量：按國家現行相關標準的規定確定。Inspectionquantity:determinedaccordingtothecurrentrelevantnationalstandards.檢驗方法：檢查產品質量證明文件；觀察，尺量。Inspectionmethod:Checktheproductqualitycertificatedocuments;Observeandmeasurewitharuler.1、鋼筋彎折的彎弧內直徑應符合下列規定：1.Theinnerdiameterofthebendingarcofsteelbarsshouldcomplywiththefollowingregulations:（1）光圓鋼筋，不應小于鋼筋直徑的2.5倍；(1)Plainroundsteelbarsshouldnotbelessthan2.5timesthediameterofthesteelbars;（2）335MPa級、400MPa級帶肋鋼筋，不應小于鋼筋直徑的4倍；(2)335MPaand400MParibbedsteelbarsshouldnotbelessthan4timesthediameterofthesteelbars;（3）500MPa級帶肋鋼筋，當直徑為28mm以下時不應小于鋼筋直徑的6倍，當直徑為28mm及以上時不應小于鋼筋直徑的7倍；(3)500MParibbedsteelbarsshouldnotbelessthan6timesthediameterofthesteelbarswhenthediameterisbelow28mm,andnotlessthan7timesthediameterofthesteelbarswhenthediameteris28mmandabove;（4）箍筋彎折處尚不應小于縱向受力鋼筋的直徑。(4)Thebendingpointofthestirrupshouldnotbesmallerthanthediameterofthelongitudinalload-bearingsteelbar.材料Materials檢查數量：同一設備加工的同一類型鋼筋，每工作班抽查不應少于3件。nspectionquantity:Forthesametypeofsteelbarsprocessedbythesameequipment,atleast3piecesshouldberandomlyinspectedperworkshift.檢驗方法：尺量。Inspectionmethod:measuringwitharuler.2、縱向受力鋼筋的彎折后平直段長度應符合設計要求。光圓鋼筋末端做180°彎鉤時，彎鉤的平直段長度不應小于鋼筋直徑的3倍。2.Thelengthofthestraightsectionafterbendingofthelongitudinalload-bearingsteelbarsshouldmeetthedesignrequirements.Whenmakinga180°hookattheendoftheroundsteelbar,thelengthofthestraightsectionofthehookshouldnotbelessthan3timesthediameterofthesteelbar.檢查數量：同一設備加工的同一類型鋼筋，每工作班抽查不應少于3件。Inspectionquantity:Forthesametypeofsteelbarsprocessedbythesameequipment,atleast3piecesshouldberandomlyinspectedperworkshift.檢驗方法：尺量。Inspectionmethod:measuringwitharuler.3、箍筋、拉筋的末端應按設計要求作彎鉤，并應符合下列規定：3.Theendsofstirrupsandtiebarsshouldbehookedaccordingtothedesignrequirementsandcomplywiththefollowingregulations:（1）對一般結構構件，箍筋彎鉤的彎折角度不應小于90°，彎折后平直段長度不應小于箍筋直徑的5倍；對有抗震設防要求或設計有專門要求的結構構件，箍筋彎鉤的彎折角度不應小于135°，彎折后平直段長度不應小于箍筋直徑的10倍；(1)Forgeneralstructuralcomponents,thebendingangleofthestirruphookshouldnotbelessthan90°,andthelengthofthestraightsectionafterbendingshouldnotbelessthan5timesthediameterofthestirrup;Forstructuralcomponentswithseismicfortificationrequirementsorspecialdesignrequirements,thebendingangleofthestirruphookshouldnotbelessthan135°,andthelengthofthestraightsectionafterbendingshouldnotbelessthan10timesthediameterofthestirrup;（2）圓形箍筋的搭接長度不應小于其受拉錨固長度，且兩末端彎鉤的彎折角度不應小于135°，彎折后平直段長度對一般結構構件不應小于箍筋直徑的5倍，對有抗震設防要求的結構構件不應小于箍筋直徑的10倍；(2)Theoverlappinglengthofcircularstirrupsshouldnotbelessthantheirtensileanchoragelength,andthebendingangleofthetwoendhooksshouldnotbelessthan135°.Thelengthofthestraightsectionafterbendingshouldnotbelessthan5timesthediameterofthestirrupforgeneralstructuralcomponents,andshouldnotbelessthan10timesthediameterofthestirrupforstructuralcomponentswithseismicfortificationrequirements;（3）梁、柱復合箍筋中的單肢箍筋兩端彎鉤的彎折角度均不應小于135°，彎折后平直段長度應符合本條第1款對箍筋的有關規定。(3)Thebendingangleofthehooksatbothendsofthesinglelegstirrupinthebeamandcolumncompositestirrupshouldnotbelessthan135°,andthelengthofthestraightsectionafterbendingshouldcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofparagraph1ofthisarticleforstirrups.檢查數量：同一設備加工的同一類型鋼筋，每工作班抽查不應少于3件。Inspectionquantity:Forthesametypeofsteelbarsprocessedbythesameequipment,atleast3piecesshouldberandomlyinspectedperworkshift.檢驗方法：尺量。Inspectionmethod:measuringwitharuler.3、鋼筋加工
