本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T27793—2011《抄取法無石棉纖維墊片材料》。與GB/T27793—2011相比,除
結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了范圍(見第1章,2011年版的第1章);
b)更改了要素分類(見4.1,2011年版的3.1);
c)更改了標記(見4.2,2011年版的3.2);
d)刪除了卷材的長度尺寸偏差(見2011年版的4.3.2);
e)刪除了厚度尺寸偏差中“如果用戶有特殊要求時,按用戶要求執行”(見2011年版的4.3.3);
f)更改了物理機械性能指標(見5.4,2011年版的4.4);
g)更改了外觀檢查(見6.3,2011年版的5.3);
h)更改了尺寸的測定方法(見6.4.2,2011年版的5.4.2);
i)更改了測厚儀的要求(見6.14.1.8,2011年版的5.14.1.8);
j)增加了氮氣泄漏率試驗方法(見6.15);
k)更改了型式檢驗(見7.1.2,2011年版的6.1.2);
l)更改了組批原則(見7.2,2011年版的6.2);
m)更改了抽樣方法(見7.3,2011年版的6.3)。

1范圍
本文件規定了抄取法無石棉纖維墊片材料的分類和標記、要求、試驗方法、檢驗規則、標志、包
裝、運輸和貯存。
本文件適用于以不含石棉纖維為主要增強材料,添加其他不含石棉的填料及粘接劑,經混料、制
漿、抄取而制成的用于制作墊片的板材或卷材。
