5.2ThedeliverytimeshallbeasspecifiedintheDeliverySchedule.
**6.PriceandPayment**
6.1ThepriceoftheGoodsshallbeasspecifiedintheattachedpricelist(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"PriceList").
6.2PaymentshallbemadebytheBuyertotheSellerinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsasspecifiedintheattachedpaymentschedule(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"PaymentSchedule").
**7.InspectionandClaims**
7.1TheBuyershallhavetherighttoinspecttheGoodsuponreceiptandifanydiscrepancyisfound,theBuyershallnotifytheSellerwithin__________daysofreceiptoftheGoods.
7.2IftheBuyer'sclaimisjustified,theSellershallreplacethedefectiveGoodsorcompensatetheBuyeraccordingly.
**8.ForceMajeure**
