前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO17095:2013《精細陶瓷(先進陶瓷、先進技術陶瓷)陶瓷材料高溫界面黏
結強度試驗方法》。
本文件與ISO17095:2013的技術差異及其原因如下:
—刪除了ISO17095:2013中精細陶瓷的術語和定義;
—用規范性引用的GB/T16491替換了ISO7500?1,以適應我國技術條件,增加可操作性(見
6.1);
—將ISO17095:2013中6.2.4的定性說明更改為定量說明,即“加熱爐加熱速率調節范圍為1℃/min~
20℃/min”,以增加可操作性;
—用規范性引用的GB/T16839.1替換了IEC60584?1,以適應我國技術條件,增加可操作性(見
6.3.2);
—用規范性引用的GB/T1216替換了ISO3611,以適應我國技術條件,增加可操作性(見6.5);
—將ISO17095:2013中7.1注的內容轉移至條文,因注中不可有推薦性條款,且內容具有一定指
導性,故保留在7.1條文中(見7.1);
—將ISO17095:2013中3.2中的注4作為正文內容轉移至7.2.1,因注中不宜有推薦性條款,故保
留在7.2.1條文中(見7.2.1);
—將ISO17095:2013中10d)的內容更改為“力與試驗時間(位移)關系圖”,原條款內容可不作
為重要參照,故刪除并替換(見第10章)。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
—為與現有標準協調,將標準名稱改為《高溫條件下陶瓷材料界面黏結強度試驗方法》;
—刪除了3.2的注1、注2、注3;
—增加了條編號8.4.1、8.4.2、8.4.3、8.4.4;
—增加了條編號8.5.1、8.5.2、8.5.3、8.5.4。
