Uponexpirationofaperiodof60monthsafterthedateofentryintoforceofSupplement8,ContractingPartiesapplyingthisRegulationmayprohibitthefittingofdevicesasdescribedinparagraph13.1.abovewhichdonotmeettherequirementsofthisRegulationasamendedbySupplement8onanewvehiclefirstregisteredmorethan60monthsafterthedateofentryintoforceofSupplement8tothisRegulation."Paragraph13.(former),renumberasparagraph14.共6頁第5頁第4號條例適用本條例的各締約國，不應拒絕發放本條例先前系列修正
