1一般情況在詞尾直接加er；以字母e結尾的只加r；

2重讀閉音節詞尾只有一個輔音字母時，先雙寫該輔音字母，再加er；

3以輔音字母+y結尾的先變y為i再加er；

4在多音節和部分雙音節詞的前加more（更多）或less（較少）；
