中班下學期保育員總結第一篇本學期我擔任保育工作,盡心盡職,認真做好自己的本質工作,具體做法有以下幾個方面:1.每日早晨都做好晨檢工作,并做好記錄,在晨檢過程中,我發現有些幼兒的口袋中總放著一些不安全的東西,如小刀,鐵釘等。所以每次晨檢都很細致,為了幼兒的安全,我還發動小群體,鼓勵幼兒“檢舉揭發”防患于未然,在晨檢活動,進餐前,午睡前穩定好幼兒的情緒,戶外活動有組織有紀律的進行,確保幼兒的安全,同時我不斷對幼兒進行安全教育,通過圖片,故事,操作,實驗等方法,使安全教育形象化,生動化為幼兒所接收,運用日常生活中,活生生的事例教育幼兒,通過分析原因,讓幼兒了解為什么會發生這樣的事故,用事故的后果去觸動幼兒心靈。讓幼兒知道什么地方是危險的,什么東西是不能玩的,怎樣玩才不會危險等。提高幼兒自我保護能力。2.現在幼兒正處于生長發育時期,所以我十分重視培養幼兒良好的飲食習慣,在幼兒吃飯前我讓他們協助老師做一些力所能及的餐前準備工作,如放凳子,發小碗等。這樣在身體內也會發生一系列反應,使他們食欲大增。在幼兒吃飯時伴放一些輕音樂,有助于幼兒情緒輕松愉快,平時注意訓練幼兒集中思想進食,從小養成專心吃中班下學期保育員總結11.charge2.announce3.amount4.gallery5.approach6.ensure1.收費、指控、充電2.宣布、通知3.數量4.展覽館、畫廊5.方法、途徑、接近6.保證、確保
