1、中、美兩國政府財政補貼大型體育場（館）建設的比較研究來源： ： 時間：2022-02-04 【摘要】通過查閱文獻，采用邏輯分析方法對中、美兩國政府財政補貼大型體育場（館）建設的原因進行探討。認為大型體育場（館）對于城市經濟發展的積極影響非常有限，甚至可能帶來消極的影響。政府財政補貼大型體育場（館）建設的合理原因可能來自于社會效益層面。兩國在體育發展條件，體育管理模式，體育場地設施建設與人均占有量等方面的差異導致政府補貼的原因和效果存在差異：中國政府在大型場（館）建設的財政補貼上帶有強烈的公益性，進而在大型體育場（館）的經營中亦注重公益性導向，而忽略了其產業屬性，因而會對中國體育場（館）業發展造

2、成不利影響。美國體育始終是在市場經濟制度中依據市場邏輯發展，因而，美國體育場（館）業產業屬性明顯，政府在大型體育場（館）的財政補貼上亦具有很強產業特征，可視作國家對體育場（館）業的經濟扶持政策。鑒于中國大部分城市現階段還不具備足夠的體育市場來消化大型體育場（館），在今后的大型體育場（館）建設中尤應采取審慎的態度，并且應該注重發揮市場的導向作用，使市場在資源配置中起決定性的作用。 關鍵字：大型體育場（館）；政府財政補貼；經濟影響；社會效益 Abstract：Byusingthemethodofliteraturereviewandlogicalanalysis,thispaperanalyzes
