2、進度安排 1、內容與進度安排 本教學環節是以學生在指導教師的全面指導下參與本專業相關的科研或工程開發中某一需要解決問題進行研究，具體包括國內外文獻檢索、文獻綜述專業、相關英文資料翻譯、開題、相關試驗研究、畢業論文撰寫及畢業答辯等環節。 畢業論文工作在指導教師的指導下由學生獨立完成以下三個教學過程：(1)開題：根據任務書的要求查閱與畢業論文選題相關的學術資料，并制定研究方案和研究內容。(2)試驗研究：根據制定的研究方案和研究內容進行試驗研究工作。(3)撰寫畢業論文或畢業設計：通過整理試驗結果或設計結果，由本人獨立撰寫畢業論文。（4）論文答辯：完成畢業論文答辯。 2、要求 (1)畢業論文字數(包括

3、圖表)不少于18000字，且結構合理、內容完整、數據可靠、圖表齊全、格式規范，語言符合要求。(2)要求查閱30篇以上國內外相關研究論文，其中外文文獻不得少于10篇，并撰寫一篇6000字以上的文獻綜述以及翻譯一篇5000字以上的英文參考文獻。(3)畢業論文應包括300字左右的中文及相應的英文摘要。(4)畢業論文要求計算機打印，不得手寫。三、考核與成績評定 畢業論文的成績由論文指導教師、論文評閱人和答辯委員會三方面各按百分制評定，然后再乘以相應的加權系數后綜合給出。其中論文指導教師、論文評閱人和答辯委員會所給成績在最終論文總成績中的比例依次為30%、30%、40%。論文評閱人、答辯委員只對論文本身

4、進行評定，而論文指導教師除對論文本身質量進行評定外，還對所指導學生平時的出勤情況、勞動紀律及與其他同學的協作情況等進行綜合評價。畢業論文的最終成績以優、良、中、及格和不及格五級制評定。 畢業論文的最終成績根據論文選題、論文工作量、論文的學術質量、論文的書面質量以及答辯時回答問題的情況進行綜合評定。四、大綱說明 1、進行方式：畢業論文要求對學生進行綜合訓練，要盡可能包含電子封裝材料制備與器件設計、測試和分析等環節，題目要多樣化，要結合實際，盡量避免虛擬題目，鼓勵學生將計算機運用于畢業論文或設計的工作中，不允許不同學生做完全相同的題目。 2、學期安排：第八學期。Graduation Project

(4) Thesis defense.RequirementThe number of the words of the graduation thesis should be no less than 18000 words. The structure is reasonable, the content is complete, the data is reliable, th

11、e charts are complete, the format is standard and the language meets the requirements.In the period of graduation thesis work, students should read at least 30 relevant document literatures. In the meantime, the number of the foreign literature shouldnt less than 10, and the student need write a lit

12、erature review of more than 6000 wordsand to translate at least 1 foreign literature ofmore than 5000.The graduation thesis includes an abstract of Chinese and English, and the number of words should be around 300.The graduation thesis needs to be printed by the computer instead of handwriting.Asses

13、sment and achievement evaluationThe score of the graduation thesis will be evaluated by the faculty adviser, paper reviewer and thesis oral defense committee according to the hundred-mark system. Then multiply the score by its corresponding weighting coefficient to get the final grade. The scaling factor in the final thesis score of the faculty adviser, paper reviewer and thesis oral defense committee respectively are 30%, 30% and 40%. The paper reviewer and thesis oral defense committee only assess the graduation thesis, but the faculty adviser not only assess the paper it
