2、方世界主要是通過(guò)文字材料，所以閱讀非常重要，而今人們了解西方往往需要更多地與外國(guó)人交談、對(duì)話。所以英語(yǔ)教育也應(yīng)從過(guò)去注重閱讀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕囵B(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)綜合應(yīng)用能力，特別是聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。聽(tīng)力（1）就是一門(mén)針對(duì)酒店管理和高爾夫等高端服務(wù)性專業(yè)所設(shè)立的，專門(mén)提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)力水平的基礎(chǔ)課。該專業(yè)學(xué)生要通過(guò)TOEFL考試，而在TOEFL考試中，聽(tīng)力的比重非常大，而且對(duì)學(xué)生的要求極高，需要學(xué)生有邊聽(tīng)邊記筆記的能力；也需要學(xué)生即能掌握大意又能把握細(xì)節(jié)。因此，就聽(tīng)力而言，對(duì)TUC-FIU學(xué)院學(xué)生的要求遠(yuǎn)高于我校其他專業(yè)。本課程在聽(tīng)力(1)的基礎(chǔ)上，全面提高學(xué)生的實(shí)戰(zhàn)能力，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，提高聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力。所選教學(xué)內(nèi)容語(yǔ)料豐富
