9、o, I havent. 教 學 反 思當接到導師程老師給我們安排上課的通知的時候，我最提心的是：我們小組的4個成員，一直使用的是人教版，而衡陽路小學用的是外研版。雖說教學內容都大致相同，可人教版的教學重難點很突出，而外研版的知識點比較凌 亂，且不太了解學生前面所掌握的知識，我們幾個人感覺到壓力比較大。經過兩天兩夜的集體備課，大概的思路已經定下了，我們就分工合作，進行同課異構。經過充分的備課后，踏上了講臺，看到比較陌生的面孔，心理還是有點緊張。我先是用親切的口吻和學生打招呼，得到了學生的積極響應之后，緊張的心才得以輕松些。一堂課下來，基本能按照之前設計好的思路上課。不足之外：1、 在做布袋猜物的游戲過程中，時間用得較多，學生不太樂于參與。2、 老師的課
