c.PartyAshallhavetherighttoreceiveregularprogressreportsandupdatesfromPartyBandPartyC.
6.InterestProvisionsforPartyA:
a.PartyAshallreceiveashareoftheprofitsgeneratedfromtheproject,asagreeduponintheContract.
b.PartyAshallhavetherighttousetheintellectualpropertydevelopedduringtheprojectforitsownbusinesspurposes.
c.PartyAshallhavetherighttopromotetheprojectanditsoutcomesinitsmarketingandpromotionalactivities.
7.違約及限制條款：
a.PartyBandPartyCshallbeliableforanydamagesincurredbyPartyAduetotheirfailuretomeettheirobligationsunderthisContract.
