?1.GeneralProvisions

1.1Purpose

Thisregulationisformulatedtostandardizetheassessmentandmanagementoftheworkshop,improveworkefficiency,ensureproductquality,andpromotethehealthydevelopmentoftheworkshop.Itaimstoclarifytheassessmentcriteria,methods,andproceduresforworkshopemployees,workshops,andteams,soastomotivateemployees'enthusiasmandinitiative,andachievetheoverallgoalsoftheworkshop.

1.2ScopeofApplication

Thissystemappliestoallemployees,workshops,andteamswithinthepany'sworkshop.

1.3Principles

1.ObjectivityandFairness:Theassessmentshouldbebasedonobjectivefacts,withclearanddefiniteassessmentcriteria,toensurefairnessandjusticeintheassessmentprocess.

2.QuantificationandQualification:Asmuchaspossible,theassessmentindicatorsarequantified,andatthesametime,qualitativeassessmentisalsocarriedouttoprehensivelyandaccuratelyevaluatetheworkperformance.

3.IncentiveandConstraint:Bysettingreasonableassessmentresultsandcorrespondingrewardsandpunishments,stimulateemployees'workenthusiasmandinitiative,andatthesametimeplayaroleinrestrainttoensurethenormaloperationoftheworkshop.

4.CombinationofProcessandResults:Notonlyfocusonthefinalworkresults,butalsopayattentiontotheprocessperformance,andprehensivelyevaluateemployees'workperformancethroughabinationofprocessandresults.

2.1EmployeeAssessment

3.1QuantitativeAssessment

1.ProductionQuantity:Forproductionemployees,calculatetheactualproductionquantitypletedwithinacertainperiodaccordingtotheproductionplan,andpareitwiththeplannedquantitytoobtaintheproductionquantitypletionrate.

2.QualityIndex:Determinetheproductqualificationratebasedonthenumberofqualifiedproductsandthetotalnumberofproductsproduced.Forexample,if980outof1000productsarequalified,theproductqualificationrateis98%.

3.WorkEfficiency:Measureworkefficiencybycalculatingindicatorssuchasthetimetakentopleteacertaintaskortheoutputperunittime.Forexample,ifitoriginallytook8hourstopleteabatchoftasks,andafterimprovement,itonlytakes6hours,theworkefficiencyhasincreased.

3.2QualitativeAssessment

2.KeyIncidentMethod:Recordkeyeventsthatoccurduringtheworkprocess,whetheritisaparticularlyoutstandingperformanceoraseriousproblem.Forexample,ifanemployeeproposesaninnovativesolutionthatsignificantlyimprovesproductionefficiency,thiscanbeusedasapositivekeyincidentforassessment;ifanemployeeviolatessafetyregulationsandcausesaminoraccident,itisanegativekeyincident.

4.AssessmentProcess

4.1PreparationStage

1.FormulateAssessmentPlans:Determinetheassessmentcycle(suchasmonthly,quarterly,orannually),assessmentscope,assessmentindicators,andassessmentmethodsforeachassessmentsubject.

2.TrainAssessors:Providetrainingtoassessorstoensurethattheyunderstandtheassessmentcriteria,methods,andprocedures,andcanconductobjectiveandfairassessments.

1.EmployeeSelfAssessment:Employeesfillinselfassessmentformsaccordingtotheassessmentindicators,summarizingtheirworkperformance,workattitude,andprofessionalskillsduringtheassessmentperiod.

2.SupervisorAssessment:Supervisorsevaluatetheirsubordinatesbasedondailyworkrecords,performanceobservations,andmunicationwithemployees.Theyfillinsupervisorassessmentforms,providingdetailedevaluationsandmentsonemployees'work.

3.DataCollectionfromOtherSources:For360degreefeedback,collectpeerassessmentandsubordinateassessmentdatathroughcorrespondingformsorsurveys.Atthesametime,collectrelevantproductiondata,qualitydata,safetydata,etc.forworkshopandteamassessmentsfromrelevantdepartments.

4.3AssessmentandEvaluationStage

4.5ImprovementandFollowupStage

1.FormulateImprovementPlans:Basedontheanalysisofassessmentresultsandfeedback,employees,workshops,andteamsformulatecorrespondingimprovementplans,clarifyingimprovementgoals,measures,andimplementationtimelines.

2.ImplementImprovementMeasures:Activelyimplementimprovementmeasuresaccordingtotheimprovementplans,andregularlymonitortheimplementationprogressandeffects.

3.ReassessmentandEvaluation:Conductreassessmentafteracertainperiodtoevaluatetheeffectivenessofimprovementmeasures,andadjustimprovementplansinatimelymannerifnecessarytoensurecontinuousimprovementofworkperformance.
