1編制說明

1.1編制依據(jù)

1)、國(guó)家、建設(shè)部、江蘇省及南京市強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及條文。

2)、國(guó)家、建設(shè)部、江蘇省及南京市有關(guān)地下工程施工的法律、法規(guī)及施工規(guī)范、

驗(yàn)收規(guī)范。

3)、業(yè)主提供的招標(biāo)材料。

4)、前期準(zhǔn)備現(xiàn)場(chǎng)踏勘資料。

2總體概述

2.1工程概況

XX地下人行過街通道位于南京市建鄴區(qū)江東中路,為連接江東中路東西兩側(cè)的地

下過街通道,由于所處位置地面交通不能中斷,因此采用矩形頂管法施工,選用兩條頂

管并行的方案,總寬度約12m,頂管段總長(zhǎng)91*2=182m,兩端設(shè)工作井,其中始發(fā)井位

于江東中路西側(cè),始發(fā)井(不含樓梯段及附屬用房)長(zhǎng)29.3m,寬12m,深度約13.5m,

接收井位于江東中路東側(cè),與侵華日軍南京大屠殺遇難同胞紀(jì)念館三期同建,接收井(含

出入口及樓梯段)長(zhǎng)58.04m,寬13m,深度約11.85m0地下過街通道下部有規(guī)劃南

京地鐵九號(hào)線,且距離較近。始發(fā)井南側(cè)設(shè)置過街通道附屬用房及出入口樓梯,北側(cè)設(shè)

置出入口樓梯,始發(fā)井緊鄰五洲裝飾城鋁塑板廳、五洲裝飾城,接收井北側(cè)為建鄴區(qū)城

市管理行政執(zhí)法大隊(duì)。

兩工作井采用明挖法施工,始發(fā)井基坑采用SMW工法樁作為圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),樁底深入基

底以下16.4m,樓梯段圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用雙排6850三軸攪拌樁重力墻支護(hù),樁底深入基底

以下3.3m;始發(fā)井內(nèi)支撐體系采用一道鋼筋碎圈梁+一道砂支撐+三道鋼支撐形式。接收

井圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用800厚地下連續(xù)墻,墻底深入基底以下14.7m,內(nèi)支撐采用2到鋼筋碎

支撐,連續(xù)墻體材料采用C30水下混凝土,抗?jié)B等級(jí)不小于S8級(jí)。地下連續(xù)墻采用燕

尾形接頭形式。導(dǎo)墻型式采用雙倒“L”型式,采用C25鋼筋混凝土導(dǎo)墻。"L'型槽段

共計(jì)8幅,字型槽段共計(jì)4個(gè)。始發(fā)井端頭采用3.5m寬的雙管旋噴樁加固止水,

接收井端頭采用3.0m的雙管旋噴樁加固止水

2.2工程地質(zhì)及水文地質(zhì)條件

2.2.1工程地質(zhì)條件

本項(xiàng)目地質(zhì)屬長(zhǎng)江三角洲沖積平原的腹部,原始地貌屬三角洲海陸交互相沉積階

地,場(chǎng)地平整。根據(jù)鉆孔揭露,本場(chǎng)地內(nèi)巖土層從上至下依次為:

(1)建筑填土1.8m

(2)淤泥、淤泥質(zhì)土分布廣泛,剖面上連續(xù)性好,平均厚度2.13m,飽和、流塑,

標(biāo)貫1.4擊,土質(zhì)分布不均勻,局部含較多粉砂;

(3)粉砂分布廣泛,剖面上連續(xù)性好,厚度較大,平均厚度6.06m,飽和,松散,

分選性差,平均標(biāo)貫4.8擊;

(4)淤泥、淤泥質(zhì)土集中分布在場(chǎng)地西側(cè),平均厚度2.3m,飽和、流塑,平均標(biāo)

貫L6擊;

(5)粉質(zhì)粘土平均厚度1.47m,飽和,可塑,平均標(biāo)貫6.8擊;

(6)粉土平均厚度2.56m,松散、稍密,以粉土為主,具塑性,平均標(biāo)貫6.0擊;

(7)粉砂厚度變化大,西厚東薄,平均厚度3.42m,稍密~中密,局部松散,標(biāo)貫

平均9.8擊;

(8)中砂、局部粗砂土質(zhì)分布不均勻,以中砂為主,局部粗砂,平均厚度4.12m,

飽和、中密,標(biāo)貫平均1.2擊;

(9)殘積土主要由殘疾粉質(zhì)粘土、粘土組成,為泥巖粉砂質(zhì)泥巖風(fēng)化殘疾產(chǎn)物。

平均標(biāo)貫11.6擊;

(10)全風(fēng)化巖巖性為泥巖、砂巖,巖石風(fēng)化極強(qiáng)烈,裂隙極為發(fā)育,平局標(biāo)貫

25.8擊;

(11)強(qiáng)風(fēng)化巖平均厚度4.80m,巖性為泥巖、粉砂質(zhì)泥巖、泥質(zhì)粉砂巖為主,巖

石大部分風(fēng)化強(qiáng)烈;

(12)中風(fēng)化巖平均厚度10.09m,裂隙較為發(fā)育。
