每米,1D=1m-1。4.2.2漸變焦老視成鏡主基準點頂焦度標稱范圍:+1.00m4.2.3頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度)-1-1~+4.00m-1。標稱范圍應在+1.00m4.3多焦老視成鏡-1~+4.00m。4.3.1頂焦度和棱鏡度4.3.1.1按照5.3.1描述的方法進行測量,遠用區頂焦度和棱鏡度均應符合GB45184的規定。4.3.1.2按照5.3.1描述的方法進行測量,左右鏡片的遠用區頂焦度互差應符合GB45185的規定。4.3.1.3按照5.3.1描述的方法進行測量,近用區頂焦度應符合GB45184的規定。4.3.2頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度)按照5.3.2描述的方法進行試驗,頂焦度變化量偏差應符合GB45184的規定。4.3.3中心點(遠用基準點)位置4.3.3.1按照5.3.3描述的方法進行測量,中心點水平距離允許的偏差應為±2.0mm,單側水平距離允許的偏差應為±1.0mm。4.3.3.2按照5.3.3描述的方法進行測量,中心點垂直互差不應大于1.0mm。4.3.4近用基準點位置4.3.4.1按照5.3.4描述的方法進行測量,近用基準點水平距離允許的偏差應為±2.0mm,單側水平距離允許的偏差應為±1.0mm。4.3.4.2按照5.3.4描述的方法進行測量,近用基準點垂直互差不應大于1.0mm。2GB/T13511.4—20254.4漸變焦老視成鏡4.4.1頂焦度和棱鏡度4.4.1.1按照5.4.1描述的方法進行測量,主基準點的頂焦度和棱鏡度均應符合GB45184的規定。4.4.1.2按照5.4.1描述的方法進行測量,左右鏡片主基準點的頂焦度互差應符合GB45185的規定。4.4.2頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度)按照5.4.2描述的方法進行測量,頂焦度變化量偏差應符合GB45184的規定。4.4.3中心點(配適點)位置4.4.3.1按照5.4.3描述的方法進行測量,中心點水平距離與標稱值的允許的偏差應為±2.0mm。4.4.3.2按照5.4.3描述的方法進行測量,中心點單側水平距離允許的偏差應為±1.0mm。4.4.3.3按照5.4.3描述的方法進行測量,中心點垂直互差不應大于1.0mm。4.4.3.4按照5.4.3描述的方法進行測量,永久標記連線的水平傾斜度不應大于2°。4.5裝配質量4.5.1按照5.5描述的方法進行試驗,多焦老視成鏡裝配質量應符合GB/T13511.1的規定。4.5.2按照5.5描述的方法進行試驗,漸變焦老視成鏡裝配質量應符合GB/T13511.2的規定。5試驗方法5.1試驗條件試驗環境溫度為23℃±5℃。5.2一般要求5.2.1多焦老視成鏡鏡片材料和表面質量按照GB/T10810.1描述的方法進行試驗。5.2.2漸變焦老視成鏡鏡片材料和表面質量按照GB/T10810.2描述的方法進行試驗。5.2.3光透射比性能按照GB45184描述的方法進行試驗。5.2.4鏡架外觀質量、包覆層性能和阻燃性按照GB/T14214描述的方法進行試驗。5.3多焦老視成鏡5.3.1頂焦度和棱鏡度按照GB45184描述的方法進行測量。5.3.2頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度)按照GB45184描述的方法進行測量。5.3.3中心點(遠用基準點)位置按照GB45185描述的方法進行測量。3GB/T13511.4—20255.3.4近用基準點位置以焦度計的基準靠板為水平工作線,對其中一鏡片的子鏡片定好近用基準點,使十字標像位于視場正中,打印中心標記O1。然后在不移動靠板的條件下平移鏡架,使另一鏡片的子鏡片十字標像豎線對中,打印中心標記O2′。若此點(O2′)不是近用基準點,則垂直移動到近用基準點O2并打印,取下鏡架用直尺或游標卡尺量出兩鏡片的近用基準點水平距離O2′O1和左右鏡片近用基準點垂直互差O2′O2。見圖1。也可采用與上述等效的方法進行測量。標引序號說明:a——兩鏡片水平距離;b——鏡片近用基準點與鏡片邊緣水平距離;——近用基準點水平距離;O2′O1O2′O2——近用基準點垂直互差;O1D、O2D——近用基準點單側水平距離(a/2+b)。圖1近用基準點測量示意圖5.4漸變焦老視成鏡5.4.1頂焦度和棱鏡度主基準點的頂焦度和棱鏡度按照GB45185描述的方法進行測量。5.4.2頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度)按照GB/T13511.2描述的方法進行測量。5.4.3中心點(配適點)位置按照GB45185描述的方法進行測量。5.5裝配質量5.5.1多焦老視成鏡裝配質量按照GB/T13511.1描述的方法進行試驗。5.5.2漸變焦老視成鏡裝配質量按照GB/T13511.2描述的方法進行試驗。4GB/T13511.4—20256標記6.1鏡架標記鏡架上至少應有以下字跡清晰的牢固標記:a)生產者和/或供應商的名稱或商標(可以縮寫或圖形表示);b)生產者和/或供應商標稱頂焦度變化量(附加頂焦度),單位為每米(m注:牢固標記通常選用雕刻、移印等方式進行標記。-1)。6.2漸變焦老視成鏡標記6.2.1永久性標記兩鏡片上至少有以下幾個永久性標記:a)配裝基準:由兩相距為34mm的標記點組成,兩標記點分別與一含有配適點或棱鏡基準點的垂面等距離;b)頂焦度
