Galleninthenortheast,andbecompletedaround2045.Thenetworkoftunnelswillbe40to80metersbelow
groundandtheautonomouspodswilldrivealongthreelanesataround30kilometersperhour.Andthecargowill
beloadedandunloadedatdesignatedhubs(樞紐)employingliftstotakegoodstoandfromthesurface.
TheprojectwasapprovedbytheSwissgovernmentin2021.Althoughthere’salongwaytogobefore
constructioncanbegin,earlierin2023CSTbeganitspreliminaryworkinthefield—exploratorydrillingalongthe
