思路：證明原始變體合規(guī)性（把種子納入合規(guī)變體，舍棄未被提及的對應屬性原始變體）。證明重復變體及變體關系由亞馬遜創(chuàng)建。步驟： 用庫存加載工具徹底刪除違規(guī)變體；申請客服拆分違規(guī)變體關系（不要自己上傳再拆，直接讓客服拆，幾乎所有客服都有權限，測試下來用英文的中國客服是最愿意協(xié)助的）；申訴前去變體向導、找客服核查所有站點的違規(guī)變體關系是否都被拆除；確認拆除所有違規(guī)變體后，申請內部團隊證明變體及其變體關系的合規(guī)性（耗時一個多月）；擬定POA，先完全不承認有過違規(guī)上傳記錄，按照誤判去申訴，務必貼上case作為證據；如果申訴不通過，先以不知者無罪的角度申訴，一切重復變體的違規(guī)都是被動發(fā)生的；如果還是沒通過，再嘗試以誤操作的角度申訴，一切重復變體都是被誤導的（這個時候，良好的和亞馬遜報備習慣就很重要，沒有上傳前的報備CASE就很難通過）。心得體會： 用英文的中國客服，權限大態(tài)度好，站點時間1-6點開英文case多能遇上；POA申訴通過的核心是內部CASE，一定要有官方證明，否則空口無憑，秒拒；歐洲站點在北京時間上午十點鐘左右申訴，北美站點在北京時間晚上十點左右申訴，回復很快，審核兄弟心情很好；審核POA和高考閱卷一樣，四五分鐘就會做決定，除了問題根本原因要寫詳情、清晰、證據鏈完整，其余內容沒必要過度優(yōu)化，甚至你只要論點準確，證據有瑕疵也可能被忽略；為了節(jié)約亞馬遜審核打工
