基礎模塊一教學設計Unit6FoodandDrinks第六課時CultureUnderstanding&GroupWork課題Unit6FoodandDrinks(CultureUnderstanding&GroupWork)課型新課課時1授課班級授課時間40mins授課教師教材分析本課教學內容選自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”職業教育國家規劃教材,《英語基礎模塊1》中Unit6FoodandDrinks的CultureUnderstandingandGroupWork板塊,文化理解板塊介紹了不同國家飲食文化的特點與多樣性,并以德國的咸味脆皮蒸團子和中國的餃子為例談了感受。小組活動板塊引導學生認識飲食文化是我國傳統文化中重要的組成部分,理清選擇餐館的要素,選擇合適的餐館,撰寫晚餐計劃。學情分析學生通過前面課程內容的學習,對中西方飲食有基本的了解,但對背后蘊含的飲食文化差異還有待進一步認識。同時,已經能夠權衡多方面因素,選擇合適的餐館并簡單闡明理由,但還未能充分整合所學內容,在實際案例中,討論、選擇餐館、撰寫晚餐計劃,完成任務。因此需要進一步提升學生的跨文化理解意識,以真實任務驅動,鞏固、檢驗學習成果。學習目標知識目標:Learnsomewordsandexpressions:steamed/crust/vanillasauce/yeastdough/crispy/unpleasant/takeadeeperlookat/onetypeof/findittobeatastyspecialty/akindof/dependon.2.Readandunderstandthearticlesintroducingfoodculturestolearnaboutthecharacteristicsoffoodculturesindifferentcountries.能力目標:UnderstandtraditionalChinesefoodcultureandtablemannerstopromoteculturaldissemination.
