1.LeaseTerm

5.Insurance

TheLandlordshallmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheWarehouse,includingbutnotlimitedtopropertyinsuranceandliabilityinsurance.TheTenantshallmaintaininsurancecoveragefortheTenant'spersonalpropertyandanyactivitiesconductedintheWarehouse.

6.TransferofLease

TheTenantmaynottransfertheleasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.AnytransferoftheleaseshallbesubjecttotheLandlord'sapprovalandshallbesubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthisContract.

7.TerminationofLease

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleast_______monthspriortotheexpirationoftheLeaseTerm.Intheeventoftermination,theTenantshallvacatetheWarehouseandremoveallpersonalpropertywithin_______daysoftheterminationdate.
