前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件是GB/Z44938《機械電氣安全》的第1部分。GB/Z44938已經發布了以下部分:
——第1部分:用于保護人員安全的傳感器;
——第2部分:保護人員安全的傳感器的應用示例。
本文件等同采用IECTS62998?1:2019《機械安全用于保護人員安全的傳感器》。文件類型由
IEC的技術規范調整為我國的國家標準化指導性技術文件。
本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:
——為與現有標準協調,將標準名稱改為《機械電氣安全第1部分:用于保護人員安全的傳
感器》;
——附錄E增加了注,補充說明中國兒童屬性和行為測量數據信息。
請注意本文件的某些內容可能涉及專利。本文件的發布機構不承擔識別專利的責任。
本文件由中國機械工業聯合會提出。

引言
安全相關傳感器主要用于存在人員受傷風險的機械設備上。安全相關傳感器可使機器在有人處
于危險狀況前回復到安全狀態,從而實現人員保護。目前,傳感器行業主要使用通用功能安全標準
IEC61508系列標準,或者具體領域的機械標準IEC62061和ISO13849系列標準作為安全相關產品
的設計指南,但這些標準并未就對于在特定環境條件下如何避免設計失敗或無法檢測指定物體,給出
足夠的指導,可能導致無法承受的人員風險。GB/Z44938明確了傳感器或傳感器系統的功能安全,規
范了傳感器和傳感器系統在系統性方面的開發與集成的要求,填補了具體傳感器設計標準與電氣、電
子和可編程電子控制系統的通用功能安全標準之間系統性能力驗證方面的空白,GB/Z44938擬由
3個部分組成。
——第1部分:用于保護人員安全的傳感器。目的在于提高我國機械電氣設備的安全水平,保障
相關從業人員的人身安全,指導保護人員安全的傳感器的設計制造與生產使用過程,規范保
護人員安全的傳感器的功能、安全及試驗要求。
——第2部分:保護人員安全的傳感器的應用示例。目的在于為使用第1部分提供指南和應用
示例。
——第3部分:傳感器技術和算法。目的在于指導如何正確實施算法以防止人們承受不可容忍的
風險。
GB/Z44938可提高傳感器或傳感系統的功能安全水平,為安全相關傳感器制造商和安全相關傳
感器系統集成商提供指導。
