5.Insurance

TheLessorshallmaintainadequateinsurancecoverageontheEquipmentduringtheLeaseTerm.TheLesseeshallberesponsibleforobtainingandmaintainingliabilityinsurancefortheuseoftheEquipment.

6.ReturnofEquipment

AttheexpirationorterminationoftheLeaseTerm,theLesseeshallreturntheEquipmenttotheLessorinthesameconditionasatthecommencementoftheLeaseTerm,ordinarywearandtearexcepted.

7.DefaultandTermination

IntheeventofanydefaultbytheLesseeunderthisAgreement,theLessormay,atitsoption,terminatethisAgreementandrecoverpossessionoftheEquipment.

8.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

9.EntireAgreement

5.Lessor'sRightsandObligations

6.Rent
