7.ForceMajeure

IntheeventofanycausebeyondthereasonablecontroloftheShipownerortheCharterer,includingbutnotlimitedtowar,strikes,naturaldisasters,oranyothersimilarevents,theperformanceofthisContractshallbesuspended,andthepartiesshallnotbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceoftheirobligationsunderthisContract.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[ApplicableJurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[ApplicableJurisdiction].

8.Charterer'sRightsandInterests

10.Charterer'sObligationsandLimitations

b.TheCharterershallprovideaccurateandcompleteinformationregardingthecargototheShipowner.

11.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
